  2. Your nevada track has you at 6000 lbs of fuel and no weapons Your syria track has you with a full loadout of weapons and full fuel load i tested the syria instant action after dumping weapons and fuel to 34,000 lb total weight and the aircraft flaps behaved correctly as expected
  3. You don't hold the Hornet on speed with throttle inputs, you use the pitch trim. Throttle is for managing descent rate. I had no problems testing it yesterday.

  6. Hi Currenthill, the dropbox link for all country packages display as broken (as opposed to "temporarily disabled because too many downloads recently" ). The "RDR" download says the latter, so I don't know if its just another way for dropbox to say downloads are limited for now.
  7. @currenthill This might not be super relevant anymore, but the MiG-29MU2 vers 1.2 (and maybe 1.3?) causes a CTD when trying to join an MP server on the latest 2.9 OB patch, possibly with something to do with this error message, as it preceded an access violation note every time: 2023-12-19 16:38:31.750 ALERT APP (Main): Unhandled exception: Descriptor not found weapons.shells.AK630_30_AP narrowed it down after spending the last 2-ish hours crashing DCS over and over edit: i'll add its not unique to the MiG-29, other users on the ED discord reported same thing caused by different mod aircraft like the A-4, SU-30, and community Gripen
  8. is there any more information or a detailed line by line list of what exactly was changed from the note: It's a bit opaque for players to decipher what exactly was improved/fixed.
  9. i'm no DCS modder, but can you rip the rocket/warhead from the vanilla DCS M270 MLRS? it uses clusters
  10. tracks attached. i saw one grad rocket vanish with no puff of smoke on the x4 c-ram track. c-ram x1 cant shoot down grad.trk c-ram x4 shot down 1 out of 10 rockets.trk
  11. From other testing it seems rockets are destructible now, its just that the C-RAM's bullets cannot destroy them, or the C-RAM itself has such poor tracking that it can't achieve any hits.
  12. The C-RAM is finally added to the game but rockets (at least BM-21 Grad rockets) appear to still have no collision/damage model that allows them to be destroyed. Is this an oversight, or still just WIP and the functionality added later? I noticed because SA-15s can now engage small bombs.

  16. There's no such thing as a SAM site having active countermeasures, except for naval vessels being equipped with chaff launchers. The only possible thing you could be referring to is electronic counter-countermeasures, but nothing visible like what is purported to be shown on that video.
  17. dont set any "fire at point" or attack group orders. just plop it down with radar and launcher and it'll fire automatically on any enemy ships in range.
  18. not sure if its intentional but the new Bel LBASM missiles cannot be fired upon by the vanilla Tico and Burkes, except for their CIWS.
  19. seems like the speed from the rocket booster decays very slowly. no idea if its realistic or not since data is so sparse from iran.... vers 1.1.0
  20. Eagle goes up to at least 55,000 feet. Different airplanes built differently behave differently... is that such a shock?
