Hi Gents and Ladies, We checked multicrew issues and confirm the following : Currently, the Gazelle sighting camera is almost unusable in multicrew mode due to all sorts of issues, keys not responsing in time (two much delay), and camera moving erratically. We are looking at these issues but it will take some time to get rid of them. Thanks for your patience.

  5. I'm not sure what you guys mean. Range is ok for me, around 7.4 km, The missile can be shoot at any aspect. Hitting the target is a different story though. Without the target dispensing flares, around 100% hit at any range. Above 3 to 4 km when target is dispensing flares hitting the target will rely on "luck". Below 3 km you have a better chance to hit the target even with target dispensing flares. But all this depend on a lot of conditions...

Well, I have a fix (from ED) for those who can't wait for the next update. open "DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\SA342\Cockpit\TV\Indicator\init.lua" Uncomment the line #46 "--used_render_mask = "interleave.bmp" --default mask for TV" removing the first 2 minus signs. You should get "used_render_mask = "interleave.bmp" --default mask for TV" Save the file, that's all. You'll have to re-comment this line when ED will release the update.

  14. Since 2.5.1 a lot of things have changed in DCS, The viviane black screen is a result of these changings, be sure we are already working at it but things cannot be fixed in a snap. More issues (sound, multiplayer etc ...) have been already fixed. They will appear in a next update. Some fixes take time because new features in DCS had to be added for 3rd parties so the gazelle can still provide you with the planned functionalities. Thanks for your patience.

  16. Hi, Multicrew is very sensitive about the net connection and transfert rate. If wipers move + most lights are on in the cockpit + engine shuts down etc ... as you join, it means the server is not able to update. In this case you may have to leave the game and rejoin or even restart the server. If I have a ping around 280 and more, I can't host a game or be the pilot. Here are some points we checked about multicrew, hope it helps. PS: We also noticed it's better for the guy who hosts the game to be the pilot.
  17. Here's a video showing the minigun use with Oculus. Either we don't see the tail of the helicopter or some people will complain about poor fps, we have to make a choice at some point.
  18. The current state of multicrew in DCS allows only 2 players to join the same helicopter. Technically, I can imagine the nightmare it would be to sync 3 people in multicrew.
  19. Everything is ok here, try create a new mission from scratch maybe ?
  20. In multicrew mode, to be able to reach the minigun gunner position you have to join as copilot and then move to the gunner position, [3] key.

From DCS/Mods/aircraft/SA342/Doc/DCS SA342Minigun Addendum_en.txt ------------- Minigun usage ------------- - 115V AC bus must be powered - Master Armament switched to ON ("M" position) - The minigun can be moved using Track-IR or the mouse Using the mouse, click the mouse center wheel twice, and then once to allow the mouse to move the minigun. - Shooting can be made two ways Joystick or keyboard, a button or a key must be first assigned to the "Pilot Stick/Fire Gun or Rocket" command. Mouse, Shooting is triggered by the left mouse button. I should add : If you use track-IR or oculus, the gun moves automatically with head movements, no need of the mouse to move.

  23. Hi ladies and gentlemen, What happens is : if you change your MSAA setting the game is unable to set it correctly. As a result you get a black screen. What I do here : I set my MSAA setting and I quit the game, I restart the game and everything works. It should be corrected in a next update.
