I am looking forward to the SuperCarrier with the F-14 Tomcat, eventually the F-4, and A-6.

The Iowa Air National Guard used to fly the A-7 before switching to the F-16. They were pretty awesome to see fly back in the day.

The new weather models, etc. looks fantastic. Can ED share what the increase in the size of the install will be to accommodate the new awesome, fantastic weather system? I am looking to upgrade from a 1 TB m.2 drive to a 4 tb drive and wonder if I should do it sooner than later.

I do not have any problems. I have an 8700K machine that runs the betas in the preview program and never had a problem. My main machine is a 12700k and runs DCS like a champ. To me the biggest concern is keeping drivers up to date, but that is just me.

is it still available to download? I got a 404 not available error when trying to download a few minutes ago.

I can't imagine how much hard work and dedication it takes for these modules, makes, refinements have and will take to release. Thanks ED and their partners for making it possible for me to do what I could never do in real life. Hope that 2022 is a great year for ED, and all of personally.

I was able to download and do the F-14 Quick Mission in Turkey. It only consumed 22 GB of RAM which also included Windows 10, and numerous programs and processes running in the back ground. I also got better than expected framerates in the 50's from cockpit with dips down to mid-30's when flying over the city at low altitude. So far, Impressed!!! Look forawrd to more optimization by Ugra Media and ED. Fredm2002

I set up an exclusion for the entire DCS Folder

I have deleted, reinstalled DCS, all modules, etc. from scratch. I have uninstalled all the TARGET software, left it off. I have done everything I can think of, except a total reinstall of Windows 10. It only does this on the F-14B and not on any other module, and was able to conform that on an identical computer, it does not do this...what gives? Thanks for any help. Fred M>

Good Afternoon, I have a problem with my Warthog HOTAS when I fly the F-14B. I set up the throttle and pedals (Warthog HOTAS and T-Rudder) and can fly the F-14B along with any other module with no problems. Exit out of DCS, and reenter and the settings no longer work. I can go into the settings within the module and see that they are there and you can move the throttle through the RZ Axis but when the game starts up, dead. I exit out of the game, delete the two files for the Throttle and T-Rudder go back into the game, reset the axis for the throttle and rudder pedals and all is good with the world, until I close the game and go through the process all over again. attached are the files from the config >input > F-14B > joystick. Any ideas would be appreciated. Also before I forget, all drivers, windows are up to date and it only started after the last OB update. I have attached them to another computer with DCS installed and it does the same thing on a different computer that runs DCS Steam. Happy New Years and thanks for the help. Seeing the same thing after a few weeks away due to surgery.....kinda cool, but I am sure that ED and Heatblur will get it fixed up soon.

Similar Crashes here. Attached is crash log and dxdiag file. Maybe Nicholas or the HB Team can let me know. This has happened five of the last seven quick missions in Persian gulf only, at least for me. I have an intel 8700k, Gigabyte Gamer 5 MB, 32 GB of G-SKILL RAM, ASUS Radeon VII. Basic computer, really. All drivers up to date, no crashes on other modules within DCS. I have also flown F-15, A-10C, F-5, and no crash. Still love the Tomcat...…………..ANYTIME BABY!!!! This only happens to me with F-14B and a in single player. haven't done much MP since tore up shoulder and have to pause a lot with one arm at this time. DxDiag.txt dcs.txt
