We're looking into adding that to the OH-6 but I don't plan on making any more "attachments" mods, they are too limited and too tedious to do properly

No worries, you are absolutely right. If anything I'm surprised more people haven't pointed it out. A cockpit overhaul (doors, pedals, frame, seats, etc) is planned for later (not soon). I've updated the first post with a download link. The pack isn't as complete/polished as I originally planned but I don't know when I'll have the time to work on it. So I might as well share what I got so far. There are 4 variants: M2, Mk19, TOW and Cargo.

At this point we pretty much have all the documentation we need. What's left to do either doesn't require docs (LODs, collision models, destroyed models, etc) or a quick google image search is enough.
