  1. Haha, yes I stand corrected!! I read that completely wrong.
  2. Well, definitely not supersonic but, freaking awesome!!
  3. I guess the speed break is possible, though usually the rudders will be deflected outwards also... But who knows what the FLCS decided to do at that speed.
  4. ...reduce wing flexing, that would be interesting... http://www.airliners.net/open.file?id=1296424&size=L&width=1200&height=811&sok=&photo_nr=65 Not to rehash this again but aside from this just being an AWESOME picture:thumbup: it's very clear and visible here what I'm talking about. Sure would be interesting to know exactly what's going on.
  5. I'll find another movie clip and post it. I was thinking the same thing, as far as the flaperons, but the more I looked at vid, it seemed other wise...
  6. well yeah, I understand the whole adaptive flight control stuff. This is just something that I haven't seen out of anything else. Even the Superbug which also sports adaptive FC technology. I'm thinking this is more of an aircraft design side effect... main wing being set soo far to the rear.
  7. Has anyone one noticed in the many F-22 videos, that when the aircraft is in a hard climb or turn the aelerons look like they are also acting as elevators, or stabilators??? Can any one give definite answers... make me think the main wing is far enough back to perform similar to a delta wing. There are many examples, but you can observe in this video a round 2:37.. http://www.metacafe.com/watch/1061601/f_22_raptor_extreme_moves/
  8. OK guys I've got it figured out... Very strange... I noticed that I also could get onto hotmail to check email. the solution was to correct the system time and date. It turns out that my system date/time was showing sometime in january 2 2003. Apparently my time/date was somehow reset and certain websites check for these kinds of things. Anyways long story short, I got the time synchronized back up and everything works as it should. I hope this helps someone!!! thanks again guys!!!
  9. Thanks for all the replies guys. I do have the correct ports open. The only firewall I use is windows firewall, and that's where the ports are open. The thing is that nothing has changed between the time HL stopped working and when it was working. I think you're correct though Rabbit, i believe it's an ISP thing also. They must have changed something, I'll have to give them a call... ohh by the way, I don't care what care if HL takes over my computer or anything else as long as I can play Lo online :-)
  10. Yes that's exatly it. Hyperlobby times out and says socket 10060 error. I try going to hyperfighter web site and I get the page cannot be displayed error (timed out basically). Ohh I'm also not behind a router, and the proper porst are open in windows firewall. These are the errors i get... Error Socket: 10060 The attempt to connect timed out Connecting the HyperLobby server failed. Please check your firewall configuration. HyperLobby program (hlpro.exe) must have enabled access to the Internet
  11. I"ve been playing LO for years online through Hyperlobby. A few days ago, out of the blue, I suddenly can't get into hyperlobby or the http://hyperfighter.sk/ site at all. There hve been no changes to my install or system, I just can get on anymore. All of my other games are working online with no problems. Any ideas guys? Oh I can get it all to work at my job though.... very strange... I asure you there have been absolutley no changes to my system in any way. I'm on comcast 12meg cable by the way...
  12. I used to detest this aircraft.... It's grown on me soo much that I'm starting to love it. It just looks like a tough little bastard to me:thumbup:
  13. The 35 has definitly grown on me... I'm starting to like it's looks. IT's apearance seems tough to me, I love the landing gear also. Electronicaly it's more advanced then any other aircraft, including the 22.
  14. The light source for the sr-71 and the skydiver are different. The shadows for each are casting in different directions. The sun is also in the wrong place for either of the shadows. Aside from that, it looks like a pretty clean Chop.
  15. All this does is make me want any kind of landing gear suspension for the 33 and the rest of the planes for that matter... I can live without an AFM for a while but geeze can i just get some smooth landing action!!!
