I have also got fed up with waiting for three years now for a major update. I don’t want to purchase the module until such times. I used to support ED buying almost everything in the shop even if I wasn’t interested in flying it, I only purchase now if it is an absolute must have. Let’s hope someone new in ED is listening.

I just noticed that it a said "my games" and not "Saved Games". And the "Saved Games" icon on the folder is missing too.
I usually don't ingrade OS upgrades. But IIRC I did go that route, 7,8,8.1,10 and didn't experience that issue. But fate forced me to come to my senses and I now have a fresh Win10 and so many troubles went away.
Learned my previous lesson, no more OS upgrades for me.

A clean install of Windows, new 1tb M.2 boot drive, 1tb SSD storage and 16gb of extra RAM (32gb now)
DCS has never run so smooth.

I was told that this was an upgrade legacy issue from Windows 7 to 10 many years ago. Everything else, inputs, liveries, Civil Aircraft Mod etc all work fine. Soon I will have to upgrade storage, boot drive and memory and hopefully a new OS.

I'm confused guys, this is my first attempt at using this Mod and I can't get into the cockpit, can only view it in F2.
I am running DCS 2.7.3 and Hercules 6.8.2.
Lets hope I'm missing something simple here, would appreciate any help.

Yes I have enabled that option, thanks, but I cannot seem to find my old subscriptions, over 300 that were organised into folders, is it possible also with the new Manage Followed Content to organise in a similar way? I would not be happy or be bothered to scroll through hundreds of lines of content without an organised structure.

Monday morning when I usually get my updates from my saved subscribed threads, today, nothing. Login to forum, they've all been deleted, and this is progress.

I subscribed to a lot of posts to help me learn DCS and avoid coming here and constantly asking questions until it was absolutely necessary, I had them categorised in folders to make them easier to find, now the folder option seems to have gone as well, I have to sift through 356 posts to find what I am looking for now. Granted some old posts do need to be deleted.

This new forum is HORRIFIC. I had a list of organised saved threads, can’t find them anywhere as yet, so much harder to navigate and looks awful, please revert back, life is to short. Took me long enough to find the recent activity, don’t feel much encouraged to return here.

Try manually deleting D:\Gaming\DCS World\Mods/aircraft/M-2000C/Doc/M-2000C RWR Threat Codes.pdf
then run a cleanup and repair, check your antivirus is not blocking DCS in some way.

Thanks BIGNEWY, it was either AVG anti-virus or a cleanup that cured the problem.

Hi, having a similar problem here. Rebooted, repaired and deleted the troubled file location but still keeps re-occurring.
Can't move D:\Gaming\DCS World\_downloads\Mods/aircraft/M-2000C/Doc/M-2000C RWR Threat Codes.pdf to D:\Gaming\DCS World\Mods/aircraft/M-2000C/Doc/M-2000C RWR Threat Codes.pdf: (5) Access is denied.
Apparently my log file exceeds the forum limit so I cannot attach it. I have NEVER in my history of DCS had a problem updating versions before.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated

Pitch Ladder
Hi DEVRIM, I'm trying to use your updated English Cues via OvGME, every time it is enabled I lose the aircraft datum and pitch ladder. This happens on a manual and auto start up, disable the mod and all is back to standard. Am I missing something?

Also, right click on desktop, go to view and make sure Show Desktop Icons is ticked, mine once disappeared after a Windows Update.

Use "TYPE: 4 MISSION START" as trigger for both loading Moose and the script and it works.
Thanks funkyfranky, back on track again, as HILOK said, small change has been made. Love learning this programming, albeit at a very slow pace.

Hi Guys, hope someone can help out here.
Just updated my stable version of DCS to 2.5.6 and Moose to 2.5.0, from 2.4 all of my training missions that I have set up are all now void of Random Air Traffic. None of my existing lus'a load, I can't even get a simple 3 line lua to work on a brand new mission, I reverted back to R.A.T 2.4.13 but still the same.
My usual process after any update of DCS, Clean Up, Repair, delete FXO & Metashaders 2
Also I have reopened missions in the editor, tweaked and resaved, checked triggers and resaved.
Already been here with this and I'm not the only one.
Is it something really easy I'm missing here?

Thanks HILOK, but this didn't work for me, a simple 3 line lua:

I'm not that experienced with scripting, but I have had a lot more than this working in the past, Hope it worked for you.

I was also disappointed to find an empty seat, specifically the pilots kneeboard, got so used to it even set up a snap view for it. Hope we don’t have to wait too long.

So I came across a youtube tut from 2013, where he setup a 4 wp route for ground vehicles.
He then used a script to make this a loop.
The link to the script and the file of 2013 has changed and doesnt work anymore.
Has anybody an idea how to do this or even has a proper script?
No need for scripts anymore, all done through the Mission Editor.
Look up SUNTSAG on this forum and youtube, extremely knowledgeable and helpful guy.

I can confirm this. I have recently updated my 10 year old system, replacing all components apart from the PSU and case, also gone to Windows 11 from 10. Thinking maybe the new Win 11 might have been the problem with KB. Thanks Rudel_chw for testing this, I'll be watching this space for any updates before installing the Gazelle again.
