  1. I want the F4 in the next release!
  2. 13900/4090/64MB/SSD The only thing that really helps me to keep a fairly stable 90fps with most settings is to lower the vis range to high or less.
  3. Hi, tmansteve If you're just interested in not using MT don't worry about it.
  4. Have you looked into this? https://forum.dcs.world/topic/339067-observation-dcs-mt-is-less-cpu-intensive-after-a-forced-restart/?do=getNewComment Sorry I don't know how to properly use links.
  5. I checked and have the same issue, makes a big difference in game play. I'm running pretty much the same system as you cow_art
  6. I have both but prefer the TQS, it just feels better imo. Sorry, not much of a in depth review.
  7. Its in your ultraleap dir, just copy it to your DCS bin or bin-mt folder.
  8. I had to copy the leapc.dll to DCS in order for it to work.
  9. I copied over the leapc.dll to DCS, all is fine now. Thanks!!
  10. Yep, i'm using the open beta and I've just tried again. If I have Xr support enable in leap DCS won't load into VR and if I try to enable it in the Special menu its tells me to connect device even though it is, uncheck it in leap and it loads VR fine and the hand tracking works.
  11. Really, okay. I just got mine yesterday and it wouldn't start in VR so I had to disable it. Any idea what I may have done wrong?
  12. Make sure OpenXR support isn't enabled in the ultraleap program.
  13. Mines at home but I can't play with it till tomorrow, how's the landing gear switch as far as build quality?
  14. I can't lock vsync in base to 45 without a micro slideshow when looking to the sides. Do you have this issue?
  15. This is my first experience with using a Lighthouse and that position might work, but I think if you only use one it should be high and pointing down so it has a good field of view. Having only one, and sitting low would make tracking difficult when turning your head. Again this is just my opinion, I'm sure someone else here knows better.
  16. So far so good, I think I need to put it up a little higher yet, I have the Next Level Flight Sim setup and strictly do Flight (no standing) I placed the lighthouse directly in front and about 7' up. I'll lose tracking if I turn my head too much but it picks it up again fast.
  17. I didn't really do much of anything (I was coming from a pretty clean Windows install) other than install Varjo Base, setup the headset and used one lighthouse for tracking. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to uninstall things that are no longer needed headset wise. As far as OpenXR toolkit that depends. If you use Varjo Foveated the toolkit is not compatible and needs to be uninstalled or suspeneded. If you use mbucchia's Quad View Foveated then you're fine to use it. Just be sure to turn off in DCS Bloom effect under the VR tab and Lens Effect under the System tab. ***Disabling these two items is a must!!!!***
  18. Yes, I am referring to the Aero, that's why I posted it here. I'll edit my post so its a little clearer.
  19. Just received this headset (Varjo Aero) two days ago. What an incredible improvement over my first three headsets a G2, then Quest Pro (sent it back and ordered the Pico simply because of the cost difference) and finally a Pico4, the resolution in cockpits is crystal clear and outside looks just about as good. I'm very happy!!!
  20. I just put some black tape over the top sensor inside the mask between the lenses.
