  2. Great video as always from GA. I am really interested in the Chinook and how ground troops and logistics will evolve. How are the new ground troop models progressing? I remember a few years ago there was a newsletter showing the new troop models.

  7. Anytime I make graphic changes like MSAA, I exit the game and delete the shader folders and restart DCS. Have you tried that?
  8. What happens if you use SteamVR with OpenXR Toolkit Companion App? Does it freeze? Also, I found that Motion Reprojection is way better using SteamVR instead of OXR for WMR.

  11. So I renamed my DCS folder so DCS can create a new one on startup. On startup, I added all my graphics setting back. Restarted DCS in VR and was able to start the attached mission. I exited the game and restarted again and received a crash. The other weird thing I noticed is that, on the first time mission load and start, I was able to see the progress bar load and the event messages such as Sim PostStart, ect.   12. -Yes, that was the last message I consistently got in the logs. However, I removed the mods I had in the SavedGames/Mods folder. I can't even find that file name doing a search so I don't know where that is located. -I tried a Su-25T instant action mission. The mission started on the first try, but did not start a 2nd time and I actually got a crash. See log attached. I also sent a few crash reports to ED. -I get the same results using ST. It loads the first time but not a second. I even tried in non-VR, log attached. It looks like it could be mission related. I was able to start other missions in non-VR consistently. -I performed another slow repair and also selected to backup the extra files DCS found. I no longer get that specific error above. I'm now getting this error below as the last log ERROR wInfo (Main): can't open Objects[us carrier tech] table Honestly, the only consistent thing is that the attached mission does not start using the last 2 updates. Can someone please check if it starts consistently?   13. Unfortunately, that didn't work. DCS does not start missions. I even deleted the shader folders and that didn't do anything either. Is there anything else I can try?
  14. It's funny you say that because I updated my Nvidia drivers before I updated DCS. I'll use DDU to uninstall them and reinstall. I'll report back. Thank you @Flappie
  15. EDIT: My original post message disappeared. Hello All, After I update, I perform a slow repair. When that's complete I am able to load and start a mission. I then exit the game and restart it, but I cannot start a mission again. It just hangs after clicking the "Start" button on the briefing screen. I even let it sit for more than 15 minutes just in case it was a long load time, but eventually I close DCS using Task Manager. I can only consecutively run DCS using the initial MT release so I have to patch back to that version. I always delete the shader folders after a repair, and I do not have any command params on my shortcut. Please let me know if more info is needed. dcs.log DxDiag2.txt
  16. This is not true in my case. I cannot start/load any mission with this new patch in VR/MT. After you click fly->start, it just hangs. When I revert back to the previous version I can start missions again. The ST version works fine tho.

  20. Thank you @Baldrick33 your post helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. DCS would just hang on the main menu every time. Now I have it starting consistently with this configuration. P.S. I am not using any params on my shortcut.
