AFAIK vanilla DCS only allows troops to be transported by helicopters. If you want more options for transportation, please look at the Ciribob's CTLD script here: https://github.com/ciribob/DCS-CTLD

Short answer is, you can't (yet).
Long answer, you can stabilize the sight somewhat with the LMC switch, it won't be perfect but there it is.
