Usually when they have a New part coming out for a game, Patches get placed onto the back burner...Now that they have this new BlackShark thing coiming out i wouldnt be supprised if the patch has been placed on the back burner... Most assetes have to be placed into the new version of the game....Least this is how it has been in most games i have played that had Add-Ons coming.... Me personally i would rather the patch came out instead of this new thing as i fly this game to fly Jets not Helicopeters....

Ok now that i have gotten my FC ive been wanting to go online and fly with some people, but everytime i have clicked on a link in someones sig for the Hyperlobby it says the link is no good.... Is this where i have to go to fly online or what do i need to do? I tried to just go through the game but i think it was just for creating my own online server.... So what am i missing here?

well i did find that if you play the replays and go to training, there are some track files that have voice over.....not alot but some, mainly most are on the a10

ok supposidly there is suppose to be Voice over training. But i just did the training for the new suT and there was no voice....i had to sit and pause it over and over again just so that i could read what it was saying.... am i missing something or did they leave the voice over out?

yeh i have called them like 3 times hoping to talk to someone human and all i get is a recording each time..... good customer service i have to say.....

they told me the same thing, too throw it away... as for how long well they say it will ship in 48 hours and arrive 2 to 3 days later.... if i did it friday then tues it should have gone out at the latest and i should have gotten it today.... who knows

Man i ordered my Replacement last friday and as of friday night a week later i still have not got mine..... has anyone else had to wait awaile to get there FC replacment disk...I so want to check out the new one....

isnt it true that too much ram can actully be harmful...or slower i mean...and man is FC that much worse then lomac cause i have a lower end systim then you and i have no problems.... 2.8 ghz amd 1 gig ram ati radeon 9600 256 ddr

ive been having the same problem with the A10....Ive cured it with the curve in the joystick profile in Lomac....the less curve you have the more input it has and more jerking off.... the more curve you have the less jerking off you will get....But you have to lean over it alot more to get it to go one way or the other.... i played with it for 3 hours the other night trying to get it to stop jerking....Ive still to get it to stop all the way..... Maybe when i go buy a new one it wont jerk around so much....

yeh i cant wait to get my FC going...I know what you mean about not being able to see anything lol....Im having a hard enough time with the "D" mav sence the A10 doesnt have an A/G radar...and im use to flying the F-16 which does have one.... so i usally have to try and lock on within 6NM and that aint that easy when you are learning the game Im one of the unfortunet ones that Starforce is now saying its not there fault, so i have to wait for the replacement CD...hopefully by next friday...

yeh i have had no problems with performance either....Only time i see any performance issue is when i am zoomed all way in on the hud and i try to look around, it slews slow.....other then that nothing.... where did you get that fix at tho, always nice to have frame rate....as i think my normal frame rate is about 25, and is that fix for FC...im still waiting on my new FC disk...Sigh

ahhh ok thanks S77th....as i have mine set up towards 100% but its not at 100 exactly.... So then would it really be a bug tho....isnt that slider giving the game a chance for a malfunction....because actully i just shot a mav off and it actully hit its mark... another words its not always happning....but ill set the slider all the way up....sence it doesnt bother me right now if i have any malfunctions with weps.....Least not till i learn the game better

ok im sure this has been addressed, so please dont flame me too bad. ive done searches and im just not finding anything... I downloaded a tutorial that is suppose to have voice over and i just dont know how to fly it.... i placed the ZIP file into the add-ons folder in Loman 2.1 and i installed it but when i go into game and go to open missions i cant find the one i need... is there somewhere that tells you how to even use loman.... the website is all in french and i dont speak that.....Any help please... also i wanted to download a mission but its in rar format and Loman says it cant read it....what do you do with these files...unrar them and rezip them?

hmm maybe ill try a reinstall, as im preatty sure that each time i fired the mav it was from beyound 1nm....And i know the cross thing was flashing so i know it was in range.... I would hate to have to reinstall lol, but if that will fix it then ill give it a try... another thing is i know the Mav is able to perform its upward movement as i watch the missle on its way and it starts on the downward path

Ok ive been flying the A10 alot trying to learn the avionics and just how to fly the thing....Im doing all this in Lomac 1.02 as i havnt recieved my new FC disk yet... Problem im having is when i lock onto a target (T-70 ) in this case and i fire the Mav. It launches and it flys to the target but then it hits just off to the side of the target. As far as i know Mavs are fire and forget missles...So why is it not hitting the target.... Also while on the topic of Mavs, when you are slewing the TD around looking for targets and u hit the tab key to ground stabilize it, Is there a key combo that makes the slew super slow. Another words Fine tuning....Cause even with the ground stabilize activated it still slews preatty fast....Its kind of hard to get it to lock onto a tank when its so Jerky. Anyways just a few questions, cant wait to get my FC disk so that i can try it, Ive heard its a whole different kind of Game.

qool thanks guys for all the help... As for the plane im talking about its the F15 not the Su.....But i can see why you would need trim....Just have never had to input something other then the joystick to have it fly level.....It will just take some getting use to.... Oh and just in case anyone else is wandering, If you decide to buy the Gold Editions and you happen to get a bad copy, with the starforce thing not working, Then you will have to wait for the Manufacture to send you a new disk....StarForce wont help you with this probelm anymore.....I just recieved an emial from them saying it is not starforces problem....So i guess i just got it a little to late lol...should have gotten it before they had taken the blame for the problem....

thanks Brit, ive been able to get my stick so that it rolls smoothly.... Now if i can just make it so that when i pull up and want to stop at 10 Deg it will stay there lol....Now what it does is when i hit 10 Deg and let off it jumps back down so that my nose kind of does a hop....Is this realistic for a plane or could it just be my joystick sucks... in my other flight sim game it seems to be better because it has a smooth transition as you pull up to say 30 Deg when you want to stop going farther up you just let go off stick and it evens out at where you want it, Not stop and then jump 10 Deg either way lol.... I think it has to do with how much of the dead space i have it set to...or the switch i think that is what its called.... who knows im going to get a new stick soon anyways...think im going for the x45 tho i still will have to figure out this axis thing either way

thanks Alfa, question on the curves what is smoother....a straight line or a lot of curve...I know nothing when it comes to those curves things for joysticks... and WitchKing thank you for the advise....Yes i do like the DC in f4AF.... and i wasnt sure if there was a upgrade for lomac so im going to get it now...thanks again...

yeh i got it to work...not sure what the problem was...i think my firewall was hanging it up or something.... Is there a way to make it so that my joystick is not so touchy...my Gawd in this game i move just a little bit and the nose it flying way up... doesnt seem to be that touchy in F16AF anyways know how i can fix this

well i decided to try and play just Lomac not FC and the game starts just fine but when i get to the main screen my mouse will move around and i hear all the Chatter from the radio but if i click on any of the buttons nothin happens... Like i tried to click on training so that i could go do some flying and nothing it just clicked and stayed there for ever....Finally had to hard reboot the computer just to get out of the game.... as for my specs i have an ATI 9600 256 ddr on card, AMD 2600+, and i have 1 GIG of DDR memory so i think i should be fairly close to specs... i tried to do a search about mouse problems and all i got was will they make the cockpit clickable....Anyone out there no why i may have this problem or what i can do to fix it... I really want to play Lomac even if its just 1.0 and not FC for now just cause i liked the Demo... Oh and the Demo played just fine on my system
