Looks like I'm going to need a new stick soon as my MS FF2 seems to be dieng on me. so I need your kind advice about a new one. I don't want it to be to expensive, top of the line cutting edge stick. I'd rather have a solid not-to-complicated stick to serve me as well as my old trusty FF2. see my specs below thanx SB

FPS tweak is there an FPS twaeks for FC2 like the ones we had for FC? the auther of them was Thomas D. Weiss, and they worked perfectly. as far as I know they are not compatible with FC2.

looking for the same thing Mower, cause my F-15 camapaign is fubared for some reason (can't get pass the second escort mission - always crashes at some point) so basically I don't have many options to fly the Eagle. do you know a way in which I can trick the system to think that I passed the second mission and get on with my campaign? thanx viper reason I ask this is I want to gain a few FPS in A-10 missions with maverick MFD on but I don't like structures disappearing so close to me. I'm looking for the right "compromise" so to speak, between FPS and looks - the same old story I guess...

thanx. do you know what does the numbers stand for? i.e - does the 10 means that 10km/nm is the max range for buildings to be visable or what? SB

how can I change the distance in which buildings start to disappear/reappear in FC2? there must be a value for that in graphics.cfg file, but which one? thanx in advance SB

no, other missions in other campaigns ore OK. it's just this specific mission in this specific campaign and it drives me crazy...

Hi all I have a problem with an FC2 campaign mission - "spring blood" for the F-15. I have never managed to finish the second mission. I always crash, CTD , freez or what not - right about the the end of it. it usually starts with weird "texture flashing" of the cockpit i.e the texture disappear and reapper randomly and than after a few times the game freezes or just CTD. I tried this mission many many times but I never got to finish it- so basically I can't get ahead with this campaign. any ideas? SB

if there's a problem with full shadows on LOMAC and BS with all DX10 cards shouldn't ED do something about it? I mean - almost all the cards people use here (especially when they need newer cards to run BS amd LOMAC properly) are DX10 compatible, which means that many ,mamy people here can't run "full shadows". am I right or am I right? SB

Hi gents does anyone knows if the HD4870 GFX 1GB card have issues with "full shadows" option like the latesr nVidia cards have? I"m about to get this card and wanted to knows how it handles LOMAC/FC Thanx SB

bump... so I guess no one has found a solution for this prob? how about copying the msvcrt.dll file from Windows System32 folder and placing it instead of the original LO msvcrt.dll file? any one tried it? SB
