  1. To the op. I've been using CH pedals for a few years and they have held up gr8! also cost effective http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=ch+products+rudder+pedals&tag=googhydr-20&inde
  2. Would it not be easier to just use the dcs options/controls? It will list your stick and throttle, You will also see what control or axis your assigning as well as tuning the curves of said axises. You can also do it in game by using the esc key / controls. its gr8 to sit on the ramp and get a real time view of what u r doing.
  3. The one thing that I found that made the difference for me. as well as adhering to the 3 steps that mjeh has posted,, was to use the MBG pull handle. That bit of extra power really helped me to control the aircraft from throwing the left wing down into the ground just after lift off. a snippet from the manual "Power Settings Emergency Power (increased take-off power) 3,250 RPM only below 1,000m on 213A-G1 by pulling the MBG-emergency. At the latest 3 min after takeoff, reduce to combat power and slightly push flight stick forward." Now to learn how to have a successful landing......I will say this, the more I crash the dora the more I want to conquer it!
  4. Thank you for this guide! Nice to have the right tool for the job as they say. AND HOW!!??? is this not a STICKY??????????????????????
  5. "the performance gains you'll get from games on SSD do not outweigh the cost." Its been My experience that this statement is incorrect. Intell ssd 171 -184 usd wd raptor 10k optical 169-289usd SSD approx 100x faster,no moving parts, no defragmenting, less pwr consumption. optical, more mem 4 money I use 2 ssd's one for os and one 4 programs. My former rig I used 2 wd 150g 7200's, its like comparing apples to hand grenades @ least 4 me. If you like music and video and u need 500g or a tb for storage then the ssd is not cost effective and u don't need the performance. But if you r a gamer then u dont need much mem. win7 64pro leaves allota room on an 80g drive! also a 500g external drive for b/u n storage is cheap anyway
