In my experience the difference is on the mission or MP server you play. If I do a quick mission is butter smooth.. incredible. If you join a dense server with multiple units and multiple player the performance is different. I have and Odyssey+ with a 2080ti and a 6700K

If that is the logic, if the target goes outside the hud and then back the diamonds disappear but the cross still on target. Does this mean that the TCS can only track in the hud viewing angles?

Hey HB. This is what Fortinero found odd last day we were practicing and it seems like a bug. Situation: F14Blue vs F14red 1- F14 Blue master arm on and select AIM9M 2- PAL radar on, lock F14RED in front. no matter the aspect. 3- F14 RED confirm lock in RWR. 4- F14 blue has f14 red locked and see diamond a cross over the airframe. 5- F14 Blue hit PLM button, un lock STT. 6- F14 Red confirms in RWR that lock is no longer detected 7- F14 blue still sees the diamond and cross follow the target. Hope it makes sense. Regards.

Hey, don´t know if this was reported already but here it goes. When launching a Phoenix with STT lock at around 30 miles in the RWR of the F18, that is the module we test it against, is detected as Fox 1 lunch. Don´t know if this something totally different from what other radar behaviors I saw, could be.. I don't know how the f14 AWG-9 works. How reproduce: 1- F14 at 30 miles or more STT f18 2- F18 see the STT and hear the STT in the RWR 3-F14 launch at 30 or more 4- Immediately the RWR of the f18 informs of the lunch changing tone and RWR symbology. Quick question, I don't have DCS in steam. I use the standalone version. In steamVR, in the application section. DCS does not show. It only shows once the game started. Should I change the PID in the video "generic" section to apply it, correct?

The correct answer is, this game tries to simulate as best as it can the weapon system. If you don’t like simulation then there is a big chance that you got the wrong type of game.

Maybe read the manual of the actual startup process could help? I guess is not much of an effort and maybe you can do the video yourself and update the rest?

If this is an issue of the AV8, I would suggest you to report it in RAZBAM bug tracker. I tell you, that I have the AV8 and I don't have the problem that you state in SP or any MP server.
