Thank you Ala13, problem solved. Was a texture failure with the original skins from DCS, namely JG 54 and red.
Modified them, now they working. It was in the Coremods/Texture files.

The screenshot was made yesterday.
But now its working fine.

Have found the issue!

IT was G-Sync. After deactivating G-Sync, there is no flickering any more.
