  1. Maybe ED can add an arrestor hook to Su-25T model :music_whistling: so we'll have an AFM aircraft to land on carrier.
  2. Sorry if I shortly move away from this thread... Is it possible to add at 3D su-25TM model a "little, simple and operational" arrestor hook? Honestly I don't search improvement in weaponary loadout, just to have an AFM aircraft to land on russian carrier. If there are copyright reasons, ED could permit a "limited" (as is, at our own risk) license. There are very talented peoples able to do this. Even if parameters of ED su-25TM don't macht that of real Sukhoi naval trainer version, we'll have however an AFM aircraft to land on russian carrier!!!!! ... and considering we'll wait SEVERAL years before to "see" any naval improvements in DCS serie, if never we'll see them, PLEASE, ED, SERIUOSLY CONSIDER THE CHANCE TO PERMIT SOME "LIMITED" LICENCES TO IMPROVE, ENHANCE AND REVISE SOME 3D LOMAC/FC MODELS. THANKS. I believe there are other peoples wanting that ...

  5. @ HubMan Sir, this Mod is really impressive. GREAT JOB!!! However I'd like to maintain all Mig-29, just to replace ED original Mirage. Please, is it available a "light" ADAMod replacing only ED Mirage with Your own and high res skins, of course? If Yes, Where can I download it? Thanks in adavnce for Your courtesy.
  6. considering that for some years, probably, we don't fly any superiority fighters in DCS series, I think should be very appreciate from all LockOn lovers some improvements about fighters. Personally I'd like Su-33 and naval operations, so this is my wishes about incoming (?) 1.13 patch: - carrier deck lighting always ON; - better AI taxying-parking on carrier's deck (including 'automated' backmotion for fine parking); - add a simple hook at Su-25, so to have another aircraft (Su-39 ?) with AFM and available for naval operations; - ATC and air radar control (like AWACS) from carrier tower. thanks in advance regards

SERIES soon we'll have russian KA-50, so AH-64A will be welcomed. when we'll have A-10A, it should be necessary a revised version of SU-25. same thing for fighter... Although I LIKE BETTER RUSSIAN SU-33 AND NAVAL OPERATIONS, I think a right balance would be a good compromise.   9. That really necessary for FULLY INVOLVEMENT. 1. some AI aircrafts flying, from time to time, traffic patterns/touch and go, at airbases and carrier; 2. AI aircrafts taxing to right parking positions on carrier deck (using back motion for fine parking); 3. some random objects (aircrafts, choppers) parked on carried deck, out of AI taxing ways; 4. several random men on carried deck, out of AI taxing ways; 5. player's aircraft starting from parking position on carrier deck; 6. AI's aircrafts starting form parking position on carrier deck; 7. some pre-determinated ships formation; 8. carrier lighting always ON; 9. real aircrafts markers (for Su-33: 82,84,86,88,62,64,...); 10. air radar support from carrier; 11. MORE FLEXIBILITY: ED could add an arrestor hook at its Su-25* model, and we'll have a Su-39 with AFM, ready for naval operations, even if it could not be in service in real world. But, this is a sim. I think these improvements are really small elements, but, as always, like alls ... I'll wait uselessy ... So, this GREAT SIM, with its potential will be soon put aside for a new title, new engine, new ..., new ... and in the future we'll have another great sim ... ready to put aside for another new title, new engine ... and we'll be STILL asking for SAME improvements and SAME enhancements, as always. Why is so bad work deeply about current sims? Is't really so offensive for a company share something towards its community? Some years ago I played OFP. BI politics towards its community is open, but BI sell again its products. Unfortunately, OFP is not flight sim.

  11. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for tip. That's right way I searched to refine trimming. I've lowered it and tested: EXCELLENT!!! Finally I gently can trim my Cy-33 and have a fine flight without any overcontrol. Thanks again. PS Please, something about other datas in contractor.cfg? Best regards Antonio G.
  12. I'm sorry, I don't know. ... maybe You should try. the work is: a change and test, another change and test ..... up to a little result. All skycolormod have required me about two months. However you must consider I'm searching about clouds (size, quantity and layers) since ONE year... and I've found JUST how to eliminate fading ... (that's only acceptable result in all work, even if I've found other results). Now I've deserted it. It's time to fly for me. Antonio G.

SkyCloudsMod 1.2 final package is available. please, download it at http://www.lockonfiles.com/ Utilities/Mods/Texture Mods I post enclosed README: SkyColorMod 1.2 final package README - (for LOMAC & FC v.1.12a - tested on FC v.1.12a) Finally I've found the way to change sky color without yellow night bug of previous version (1.1). I've modified sky luminance and RGB conversion. I've obtained several sky color: from dark grey (like thunderstorm) to light grey (like snowing). Now, You can load any SkyColorMod (rain or snow or thunderstorm) instead to load ED standard overcast clouds (fps killer), set clouds density (from 1 up to 8, so to maintain nice fps), and select rain or snow, of course. Alternately, You can load SkyColorMod (summer or winter or cold front), set clouds density from 0 up to 8, so to create new fairly good sky and ambience. During night time, SkyColorMod lose its proprieties and You'll see ED nightly standard sky. However features of SkyColorMod will take You from before the dawn to behind the sunset. (You can fly before and behind these hours without any color anomalies). I've enclosed ALL SkyColorMods I've obtained, naming them in different way according with grey gradient (that's just my own feeling: use them as You'd like). SkyColorMods: 01.) SkyColorMod 1.1 summer SU (v. 1.1) 02.) SkyColorMod 1.1 winter WI (v. 1.1) 03.) SkyColorMod 1.2 cold front CF (v. 1.2) 04.) SkyColorMod 1.2 rain 01 (v. 1.2) 05.) SkyColorMod 1.2 rain 02 (v. 1.2) 06.)   15. I use SkyColorMod (Modman5 addon) to change my sky each time I'd like, looking for repropose real weather in region where I live. Launch Modman5, select SkyClorMod You'd like (*), install it, launch FC and FLY ... just some seconds !!! (*) At present we have five SkyColorMods: 1.) SkyColorMod 1.1 CF cold front - use only during daytime 2.) SkyColorMod 1.1 CV coverage - use only during daytime 3.) SkyColorMod 1.1 SU summer - use freely day and night 4.) SkyColorMod 1.1 VB variable coverage - use only during daytime 5.) SkyColorMod 1.1 WI winter - use freely day and night Before to install another SKM, please, remove previous. Please, I suggest You to acquire familiarity with each sky through the screens enclosed in SKM 1.1 (full package), then flying it. Antonio G.
