  1. I just started having similar issues today. From reading this, it sounds like I have cable issues too — glad to actually hear it’s from the cables likely getting damaged from the throttle and not something more serious like a circuit board problem. I was playing Star Citizen so there’s a lot of back and forth movement on the throttle.
  2. Thank you very much! Going to reuse some of your ideas here! Just got the Virpil collective and can’t easily mount to my office chair so it looks like I’ll need to build this soon
  3. Very nice setup! I’m also looking to build a seat. How does your seat change the incline angle?
  4. Looking to sell my RealSimulator FSSB R3-Lighting base. This is the latest version of RealSimulator's force-sensing base that simulates what the experience is like flying the F-16 and other side-mounted stick fighters (F-22, F-35). Instead of stick deflection, the base senses how much force you are applying (up to 13 lbs) as the means of control. It feels weird at first but with a little bit of practice, you'll get the hang of it and it is super accurate (if you're into sim racing, this is akin to loadcell vs. potentiometer/hall sensors -- muscle memory via force is a lot more consistent than displacement). This unit is about 2 years old and is in perfect condition. It also comes with the angle adapter to properly position the TM grips for side mount ergonomics. It also contains a TM Warthog control board along with the RS control board so the device can be recognized in either configuration (the former is useful if you rely on TARGET scripting and other TM software features). Also included is a 3D printed spacer to alleviate pressures on the TM Warthog or Cougar stick shaft. The original cost, with shipping from Europe, was over $680. Price: $450 shipped within the US A couple of more photos
