  1. Here's my little submit: I'm still quite green flying the Hip and its navigation systems, so sometimes I get lost and I have to land and ask somebody... Sir, can you tell me the heading to the nearest airport? :helpsmilie: (Sorry about the bad graphics, I'm still planning to buy a new computer) Fortunately, I could get home:
  2. The folder is in 'Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\MissionEditor\data\images\Countries' Then put it in its respective country folder. Nevertheless you'll have to add your custom squadron in the lua file for the country you choose. These are under this path: 'Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Scripts\Database\Troops' Once you see one of these files (open them with notepad), it almost self-explanatory how to add it
  3. Amazing work! Now I can give a try to the Ka-50 Many thanks!!
  4. Nice work! I've awaiting for something like this since FC2
  5. What about... DCS World/Bazar/World/textures/ShipTexturesBMP.zip and look ther for the MiG-29G I really can't figure why they're there... but I guess it doesn't matter

    C-17 Skin

Hi all I was working in a somewhat improved skin for the C-17 in DCS World but I just have no idea what argument add in the 'description.lua', the 'livery' line is empty I've tried adding: livery = { {"c-17_okras", 0 ,"C-17_TX",false}; }becouse that's the name of the standard skin, but no luck so far... Anyone can lend me a hand? Thanks in advance
  8. Hi all I was trying to make some skins for the Hog, but destiny doesn't wants me to work on it... I'm using Gimp (2.8, but until today 2.6) and for all the .psd templates I had no problem, but three of them (-b, -d and -f .psd files of the template) don't open correctly (with 2.6 I had an error message, with 2.8... well, at least it shows some white shapes) I know I could be using Photoshop and get rid of problems, but I dont get along with it (it hates me or something, and I answer that hating too), and it seems that convert the .psd to other format it's quite tedious Also it could be something with that CMYK colours or whatever, but out of 13 files only 3 are giving me such problem Anyone using Gimp have the same issue? Is there any way of making it work with it? Thanks in advance
  9. I guess it's not, AFAIK that file only covers insignia, tail stripes, tail code and so, but no what I'm looking for... Sure, here is a screenshot: The numbers I'm talking about are those in white. They're not seen clearly becouse I've already added others to the skin, but... There they are
  10. Aren't these for the 'decals' (squadron insignia, tail code and so) on the skin? I'll check it out, I'm may be wrong... My first intention was to remove them since some of my skins were specific airplanes, but since I've changed the tail numbers of my custom skins to other font closer to the real (in my opinion) I would like to change these too
  11. Hi all, I was working in some skins for the Mudhen and I needed to change these white numbers over the portside intake for some specific skins. For the tail numbers I know that the argument in the "description.lua" is But someone knows how to change the other numbers? And... In DCS W, does the F-15E pilots have the same model than the -C drivers, that is, can I change the pilot's patches and suit? Thanks in advance
  12. A template for the E-3 or the KC-135 would be nice... I'd like to give some life to those birds
  13. Nice photos!! One question, in the 4th and 5th photos above, what's carrying that Phantom? It seems a missile; but it doesn't appears, at least to me, to have any exhaust
