SnowTiger I had the same issue as you and I think I figured it out. Go to your DCS World folder and then go to the Mods folder. There should be a folder called aircraft and a folder called aircrafts. Copy the files in the aircraft folder into the aircrafts folder.

I found a list of acquisition costs for various munitions. 30mm HEI rounds, $24.75 a pop. A one second burst of that will set you back ~$1600. Oddly enough, the API rounds aren't on the list.
