  1. Just upgraded my DCS world and A-10C module to newest version, but I found that after I set the correct frequency and turn on the power of ILS/TACAN module, there is no signal sound any more(should be some Morse codes I suppose). However, the navigation signals are actually received, because the indicators on ADI and HSI are working quite good. I don't know the situation in the real world, if this is intentional or a bug, or maybe there's something wrong with my DCS world? Hope someone can tell me, thanks. By the way, my english is poor, please ignore grammar mistakes(I'm sure there are lots of them)~
  2. Well, looks like my curve is still a bit low. I'm trying to increase it. Thanks Dejjvid.
  3. It happens to me once. I tried to start taxi while grownd power is still on, well that's crazy!
  4. Just came up with this...we have joystick curves in DCS, and linear axis may not be the best set. I use a curve on the X and Y axis of 15. Trim control is similar to joystick control, both has pitch, bank and yaw inputs, and airplane will respond to them. In some sensitive cases like approach in FS series and A2A refueling in DCSW, feeling using the joystick to adjust elevation is too sensitive, but in fact I only need to adjust the AOA in 2-3 degrees. So I think maybe we can use trim control instead of joystick control in this case. The problem is the trim curves seemed are linear in DCS, that means it's hard to trim the plane just right. So how to change the trim curves? I think there must be a file that contains these datas, but I don't know which. Hope somebody can tell me, thanks.
  5. Ah I see, thanks. Hope the problem can be resolved quickly.:)
  6. Like this, I can even see the SA-11 is aiming at me in the TGP, but RWR displays nothing until missile launched.
  7. Just upgraded my DCSW to 1.1.1.0, but I found my RWR no longer display SA-6, SA-10, SA-11's symbol when their radar are in aquisition/track mode, and the alarm sound is gone also. When they are in missile guiding mode, their symbol start to appear on the RWR, and RWR alarm sound begin to ring. But to SA-6, SA-8, SA-15, ZSU and airborne radars, my RWR works very good, I can hear three different alarm tones, from aquisition, track to missile launch. So I want to know if this is normal, or maybe I should reinstall the DCSW?
  8. VFR approsch chart! Great work! Look forward to seeing your chart:thumbup:
  9. Yes, as flying a combat plane, OHB makes a lot of sence, or even some battle break landing, lots of fun...But I guess fighter pilots will still carry approach charts in the task:)
  10. Thanks a lot. In fact I have the GNDchart made by Virtual Jaborg, but it's just an airport plane diagram, and does not include IFR approach procedure. on the first page they said "approach and departure procedures can be found in a separate chart package", so I guess that's only for internal use. The problem is informations about Georgia airports are so hard to find, or I maybe able to creat my own IFR charts.
  11. In the A-10C manual, the chapter about approach and landing is just too simple! I can never complete a standardized approach and landing or to fly a traffic pattern using these very little informations. Compare to Open Falcon,in which approach and departure charts are provided, DCSW is just completely lacking some charts like this. I'm looking for approach & departure charts for several major Airbases in DCS such as Batumi or Senaki, so anyone have any information? Or there's already an existing document? I want to know, thanks!
