If you have it in the main game folder you will get what you have. I belongs in the saved games folder!

If it's happening with a particular mission or set of missions, it could be that the builder of the mission/ missions included their settings!

Try left ctrl s in game.

Shift p will remove pilot and bring him back!

That folder should be in an F5E folder.
F5E > F5E Recovered

Battle Aftermath add on was the culprit!

I can't create a fast mission in any map, with any plane with out getting a "invalid stoi argument" error.
I have repaired the sim a couple of times now with no change.
