  1. I hope someone has considered building a 'hang glider' model for down time after missions. :music_whistling:
  2. To a discerning customer in Australia. I didn't think it would go that high either but I'm not complaining.. Cheers for letting me post guy's. Just waiting for BS now.
  3. Hi guys Hope this doesnt bother anyone. If it does; I apologise now. Sorry. Just a quick one to let any new pilots who never had a chance to buy the original Enhanced Manual that I've just put mine up on Ebay. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=280235862890&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=018 I'd rather it went to someone from this community as its the only one I've ever lurked and occasionally posted in.
  4. YeeHaa! Something to read at work while I'm away from the PC.
  5. Sod flying. I wanna play infantry. ;) Anyone remember Wargasm when it was cutting edge (but not quite)?
  6. I still have my Lock-On enhanced manual: copy 1924. Do one for Black Shark and I'll buy it guys.
  7. Because he was naughty. Hi Mate :)
  8. Can I just point out that I dont mind what happens. Ive had years of fun with Lock-on broken, bugged or otherwise and am looking forward to Black Shark as a stand alone game just as much as I was as an addon. :pilotfly: To qoute some bugger You can keep all of the people happy some of the time or some of the people happy all of the time. Im the latter.
  9. Just got back from the wilds of Dartmoor and found this little beauty waiting for me. :D Cheers GA. You were right about the music too mate. Loved it and very atmospheric. Nearly had to reach for the Kleenex when I saw the infantry. Great job.
  10. I think there were very rare cases of this happening on TIR4. In all two I read about on Natural Points forum they were replaced.
  11. Speed tests also depend to a certain degree on time of day in your local area: the amount of digital traffic going up and down the lines gives a certain amount of overhearing. The server you're testing to and the amount of traffic its dealing with and its distance from you. Also here in the UK we have a product called Broad Band Max. Its a variable rate service that will run from 1/4 meg up to 8 meg depending on all the above. After running it a week the software takes snapshots of minimum and maximum speeds and assigns the quickest stable state to your service. This also makes minor adjustments as its being used.
  12. And in real life combat conditions you'd stay well out the con layer as it acts like a great big pointer saying 'Look at me. I'm up here'. ;)
  13. Abolute kick ass movie and music.
