Hilarious :D I always figured there's two kinds of developer (as in software developer); Those who wear a tie to work, and those who leave easter eggs in their code. It's all about the passion for what you do, and I'm glad to see HB fall into the latter category :)

cessna, grob tutor, tweety bird, talon, I'd honestly love any (or all!) of these within DCS. Firstly because, as mentioned above, they would be great tools for actually learning airmanship and navigation, open up a lot of opportunities like pilot training campaigns, virtual training squads and servers, what have you. Secondly because if they draw players to DCS that would not otherwise have come, great! Also, if they're easier to make and provide an alternate revenue stream for the developers that bring us combat planes, super! Lastly, one of the things that really make DCS great for me is the sandbox aspect. In addition to being a great combat simulation, it's at its core a great flight simulator. I can fly planes from several eras, over beautiful landscapes, doing basically whatever I want to be doing. I can fly realistic(ish) combat operations, I can fly over the top comedy scenarios, I can fly competitively, cooperatively or alone, and sometimes I just want to get in whichever plane, enjoy the flight dynamics and take in the sights. I say the more variety in planes, the better! Some argue that there's FSX and Xplane for that, but I'd rather my money go to support DCS developers

What do you need help with? A few years back I made a vid to show how to quickly set up a target practice style mission. I'm not one of those youtuber guys though, so there's no narration only captions. :)

If done well I would buy them both, but the Tiger Moth would carry the greatest appeal by far. Speaking for myself only, of course. I assume trainers may have limited appeal to some (although could be a great way to appeal to civ flight simmers?), so maybe the best way to sell them would be in bundle with a small map centered around an airbase with some scenic landscape to VFR around in and a "career starter" pilot training campaign? Maybe even with a proper fighter to graduate to? I would certainly love something like that :)

Point being, I've seen the MiG-21 pull some pretty cool high AoA stuff in DCS (and I'm in no way qualified to say if this is realistic or not), but never a proper cobra. Hi, I recently upgraded my GPU and put in some more RAM. Upon starting DCS I was prompted to reactivate MiG-21 module due to changes in hardware. I pressed the "retry" option (other options were exit and error report), pressed "next" when serial number was filled in, progress bar for activation showed up and completed, window then said activation successful x attempts remaining etc. When pressing "Ok" this window became unresponsive and another activation process started from scratch. Went through the ordeal again and when pressing "Ok" in the activation successful window this window also became unresponsive. The game now loaded, but when starting mission I could only see outside view of the MiG I had placed out and AI was controlling it. When leaving mission, I get "DCS has stopped working"-window, with the two unresponsive activation windows in the background. I've tried a number of times now, even uninstalled and reinstalled MiG-21 module but the same thing happens every time. All other modules could either be activated normally or didn't need reactivation, this only happens related to MiG-21 module, even when there is no MiG-21 in the mission.

Been a while since I flew it (will get back into helos bigtime with new maps!) so this is from the top of my head and might be a little inaccurate, but - Make sure you turn on director control (the button next to 4 ap channels) when you maneuver!!! I mapped it to my stick. If you don't turn it on you will be fighting the autopilot. - Have all autopilot channels on except for altitude hold - Learn how the trimming system works, you can't be effective without it and it won't take long to figure out. Plenty of good posts on it here on the forums, and plenty of youtube vids. - Take some time to properly set up your controls, with deadzones, curvature etc. Takes a little time to find the sweet spots but when you do you'll be much better for it. - Watch your speed, especially before you turn. Rotor strikes are common if you're too fast. EDIT: As for learning helo principles of flight I actually suggest you do it in the Huey. Once you master that, flying the black shark is a breeze :)

Hi! How long is the oxygen supply supposed to last? It seems to deplete very fast for me. Also, is there any step necessary to actually put on the oxygen mask? I seem to contract hypoxia even while indicator shows remaining oxygen in the system. This has happened on two separate flights and I'm 99% sure I sealed canopy on both occasions.

To keep the plane straight during initial phase, but if you can manage without then more power to you. I find it helps :)
