    I have turned off the firewall already !!

    i have been installed LOFC 1.1 add-on completely(download), but i can not startup StarForce activation dialog when i launch Lockon.exe. Someone Can help me how to fix the problam, i have been re-installed WINXP for many time, this problam still happen!!:confused:
