  2. CTLD Has anyone been able to write the units back into CTLD to make it compatible?
  3. Does this work with Syria? Unable to get this mod to work with latest patch, man wish ED would make this part of the game, such a pain to have to recreate and entire mission.

  5. Yes the only way is to get rid of the two releases: Stable and Open Beta. Make it one release, and make open beta, closed beta. Do quarterly updates that ARE TESTED.

  7. Log file with the audio issue, I cut some of the file down trying to get it under 500kb so I could attached it, then realized I could place it in a zip file. Next one will be the entire thing. I seems to happen more frequent in the F-16 and MiG-21. dcs.zip
  8. Is it possible to execute, scripts from the chat window, say spawn tankers? Also I would like to have clients register to a side on join, is this possible and does anyone have a sample of creating a table from client input? Finally, where do I place the tasks, and is it possible to create tasks from the chat window? I know lots of questions, I just started playing around with slmod, this past week.

  12. Is there an easier way to find out if I am also suffering from this problem, it started with the patch in Feb/Jan. I have 2 Xbox ones, 3 ps4, 2 smart tvs, a smart fridge, a cloud HD. I tried disabling network discovery and file sharing, hopefully that will fix it.
  13. This keeps happening to me during multiplayer, requiring me to trouble shoot sound, enable or disable enhancements, then go to the sound options in DCS, and switch from default to oculus, back to defualt. Then the game sound comes back. But yes I have been having the same issue.
  14. If you click on CNTL, then PAGE 2, and turn off SAMs then the FPS hit isn't as much, rather than 20-25 frame loss, its about 6-8 frames below "normal" on Multiplayer, I hardly have any frame rate loss in SP.
  15. The FPS drop due to the HSD/Datalink is less in SP than MP for me. SP mission is freeflight, and MP on the RSR server.

All CA units are moveable to create a more dynamic threat environment. Capturing an Airfield/FARP: To capture an airfield or a FARP your team needs to kill all the enemy units surrounding the location, to include the Logistic Building (Outpost + watch tower) as well as get a friendly troop or vehicle onto the Airfield/FARP. Once these conditions are met you will see the message with the capture confirmation. At airbases, friendly re-enforcements arrive once the airfield is captured. Slinging: Helicopters check the F10 map for the location of the base/FARP logistics center/command center. Fly there and request crates to sling units using the radio menu (F10-Other). Once a crate is in front of your vehicle, select it through the radio menu (F6-All Cargos), now you are ready to approach it and hook it.   17. apparently I can...now. I removed the files that came up as IC in-compatible, then got an error about the nvd_common.hsl restored that file from my back up, and was able to connect to a mp server and pass the IC check.

The mission is the most immersive, action packed, minimal lag, and a true simulation of virtual combat. This weekend the server will be undergoing a stress test and we would like to elicit help from the DCS community. Currently we are running a scaled down Caucuses map. Blue team starts with Sochi, Gudauta, Sukuhmi, and their HQ is Krasnodar. Red team starts Senaki, Kutaisi, Kobuleti, and their HQ is Vaziani. The FLOT is the Enguri river in Georgia, each team has a FARP on each side, and this is the initial conditions for the battle. Once all three of the bases are captured by the opposing force the campaign will be over. All of the major game mechanics are worked out, once we get through this test, we are going to relocate the server to a more central location for hosting. The Combined Arms competition will be held over this weekend starting this evening at 22:00 EDT (Saturday 12:00 GMT+10) and running until 22:00 EDT Sunday evening (Monday 12:00 GMT +10). Players who join the server during that time will need to spend a MINIMUM 2 hours on the server to qualify to enter the drawing. Once the weekend event is over we will have a automated selection to announce the winners and personally send them their serial keys to a combined Arms Module.   20. May have already been mentioned but if I turn V-sync on in game it seems to lock my FPS to 45.
  21. @modda, got your files to work, then went to multiplayer.... :( so tried to replace the non compliant files with the ones in the back up, did not work. Did notice there was an improvement in single player though. But I mostly play MP
