AI is still way off. I love to fly but the A/C maneuverability of the AI is way to perfect. He never makes mistakes, he always manages to out climb or out turn you and the amount of rounds I have to use to kill him is ridiculous. As I said, I love to fly but come on, he hits you a few times and boom.....!! He climbs like he has an F15 (even when I am carrying more airspeed into the climb) and turns like an SU37.....!!! Let's have an option for mistakes so that some of us less hardcore fliers can build up without leaving the game in frustration. This is unrealistic to fly against every time.....once/twice yes, but not every flight.

I recall reading something about the box pattern being a bit of a nightmare when fighters went after 109's and 190's between the Bombers that they were escorting, too many 50 cal rounds all over the place is a recipe for disaster and so a lot of them had the weapons made to fire on a convergence point instead. But I know nothing......lol

Can I just ask? Is anyone planning on making 'Candyman/Moose' skin? And could anyone make me a skin like Ferocious Frankie but..... Instead of Ferocious Frankie, I'd like it to say, 'The Jaxster' on the nose in writing similar to the image of 'Moose' above. With the identification markings as J2-B and the tail number 210102? I would love to have these markings on a plane as sentimental reasons. Thanks in advance. Tim

Hi, I am thinking of buying this update for FC but can anyone take a good screen shot of the Nellis AFB F15C in the Blue Aggressor colours? I want a closer look at the name on the canopy, it looks like the name of a friend of mines' Husband.....!! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, T

NATO Fighters Would love to see DCS do an F16 or Eurofighter with options for Aggressor Sqdns and paint schemes and also the ability to use the laser weapons that they use in the training excercises so that you can watch back your performance with an evaluation etc. Everyone forgets about the other fighting aircraft that are very capable. All we seem to get are American fighters and while I would love to see an F16 there are so many other planes that deserve a shot. This game/DCS World has so much potential for a vast NATO airforce Multiplayer community: 1. Eurofighter Typhoon 2. Panavia Tornado GR4/F3 (this is a MUST) 3. Mirage 2000 4. Rafale 5. Westland Lynx/Wildcat 6. Hawker Hunter 7. English Electric Lightning 8. Mig 29 9. SU35 10. AH64 (as and apponent for the Russian helos)

I'd like to see a map of the UK with a fictional scenario that this island is being fought over, after the fall of Europe to Russia and East Germany!!! The UK has masses of potential imho.

I would love to see a flyable Spitfire in game but there is no real comparison between the 51 and the Spit, yeah the 51 is faster with longer range but the Spit was a point defence interceptor and had much better dogfighting capabilities. Mustang would stall out trying to stay with a Spit. Just please note: I love the P51 and this is not a Mustang bash but a dogfight between these two would usually only have one ending!!! And can you imagine the Ai in a Spit?.....it's bad enough now!! I would prefer to see a German opponent filling the gap that we have for a relevant dogfight scenario! :pilotfly:

I don't dogfight much, I just love to set up the plane I want to fly and just fly around the coast and back. Just getting to grips with this thing is enough for me. All these years I wanted them to enable guns in FSX and now I have them I rarely use them...lol :pilotfly:

Carb settings? I think you have to change them, but I might be wrong.

I have my flaps, prop RPM and mixture setting mapped to a throttle quadrant. Works sweet.

Having trouble getting multiplayer to work.... I had it working in 1.2.0 but now it's telling me incorrect code!!! I have purchased the game and played all through the beta stages. Could this be a registry thing as I have installed to a new SSD? I can use single player but not connect to servers.

Yes, the swaztikas are replaced by crosses but the red behind those crosses is now gone too.
