Hey guys, I've tried googling this and tried a few fixes I found but nothing seems to work. Most notably I tried disabling Avast and Defender together, still no dice. When I try to launch I get a "procedure entry point" error. Any ideas?

Never mind, deskspace app can be used to trick windows into thinking any Android device is an extra monitor. However, while searching around for profiles I cam across Ultramfcd which seems like it will do me just fine in one monitor!

God damn this is VERY tempting. I just got a new X52 PRO today for $307 CAD, after a long hiatus. Taking conversion into account the Warthog would only be another $148 CAD......

Hey guys. Tomorrow I am going to try and use my S6 as a display for a CDU. I have watched a few videos of how to setup HELIOS, however I am a little confused about the S6 itself. If I have it connected to my PC via data cable will Helios see it as a "monitor" or do I need to manually configure it somehow? Thanks!

Apologies, I phrased that badly. The affect is there on mission start. JG14_Smil hit the nail on the head. Depth of field was the issue. Turning this off makes everything nice and sharp again :) Thank you sir! Sorry for the late reply as well, have had a busy week! Now all I need to do is save up for a joystick and I can do something other than CA and scenic flights in the F15C.

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum area, please move if required! I have not played DCS since Q2 2015. I recently built a new rig and downloaded DCS 2.0 and the NTTR map (Got A10C in beta). On playing for a little time everything seemed blurry or fuzzy outside the aircraft. Like everything was over rounded or something. I assumed this was the new EDGE engine so I then went ahead and downloaded 1.5 and noticed the same issue. Its like everything is not very sharp. I remember DCS looking very sharp graphically. I am running everything on the highest preset. Is there something I can turn down/on/off to make stuff look sharper again? Thanks!

Agree with edge 2.0, as long as it has a good advertising run. Most people do not know about DCS to be fair. I have very limited online time and when I am I cannot use voice comms as it is late. This has kinda put a nail in the coffin for me as I was really getting into F15C as well. Flying without a wingman is suicide! I have also grown bored of single player....so until my situation changes it's Elite Dangerous for me!

Amazing work, I have always liked how "thin" this helicopter looks. (Not promoting anorexia in war birds ;) ) Can't wait to try this!

This would be fine, to a certain extent, however as I pointed out a few pages back it is so off topic as to be talking about different MAIN BATTLE TANK barrel differences. What that has to do with the Mirage we will never know. The developer needs to put up a locked sticky for screenshots at this point as this thread is a mess.

Question about what was said about the HAWK above in this thread: I bought the SFM from the DCS sale here: Farther down the line all I have to do is pay aprox. $10 and I get the rest of the module when it is released?

Guys.....this is meant to be a mirage screenshots thread and I come in (time and time again) to see totally non related stuff. EG: What gun was used on the M1A1 o.O Sorry for backseat modding....but come on? ;)

DO NOT carry on a gun run/bomb release if you are not 100% positive of your ingress and egress. The amount of times I have been blown out of the sky because I did not fully asses the situation is countless. Yes that is a nice shiny target in your TGP, Now look out through the glass and see what else is around :) Never try to save time by doing a quick second run. Always egress fully and allow time to run in.

This thread has come up before and there are fair arguments on both sides. I would like to point out the following two things though from my own experiences: 1. I bought Combined Arms knowing that it is not really a module yet only because it was on sale. It is very far from finished and I only used it for a few hours just to see whats what in it. I cannot wait for more features in it. If it was not on sale I would not have bought it. 2. I bought 'The Mighty 8' because it was on sale. This was several months ago. At the time I know I would not have time to learn/use the module. To date I have only used it for under 60 minutes. The money Belsimtek got from me for this module was money they would not have otherwise gotten, as if it was not on sale I would have waited until next year to purchase (when I think I will have time...). The developers (ED and third party) do an awful lot of excellent work, and yes sometimes it can be a shame to sell it 'cheap', but it also gets them revenue they otherwise would not have received.

TO save you time: Left Alt (AltGR) + Down Arrow = Day mode (TV) Left Alt (AltGR) + Right Arrow = Either White or Black hot (I cannot remember) Left Alt (AltGR) + Left Arrow = Either White or Black hot (I cannot remember) Usually you will cycle through both white and black each time you use it, as different range/terrain make each one better than the other. EDIT: Yeah, as per radiantglow, TGP must be SOI as well.

I have Steam for A LOT of games, ever since its release. Back in the beginning it was a little problematic (and because it slowed the release of HL2 made a lot of die hard GF fans angry :P) however these days it works fine. I have no issue with Steam offering DCS, I think it is a great system and if it brings more players to the DCS universe then good for everyone! If you buy a title through Steam for DCS you can just use the key outside of it, as already stated. The Steam overlay does not work in DCS either (I think) so it won't log hours etc. Maybe with EDGE it will, but I guess we will have to wait and see....
