  1. It's amazing! Beautiful models, texturing, the engine whine, the flight model, the CCIP works perfectly so far.

I've had some FPS issues, I'm confident Razbam will get it sorted out.

I can hardly wait until it's fully debugged! This is going to add so much interesting gameplay to the 16AGR Dynamic DCS server!

+1 This quote sums up my first impressions and experiences, nicely!

  2. The carrier has reaction control nozzles on the wing tips the tail and under the nose. Those provides pitch, yaw and roll control when in hover mode.

Kewl, the Harrier operates kind of like a spaceship, at least while in V/STOL! That is really neat. When I watch the Harrier take off vertically and transition into forward flight, it reminds me of the way ships take off and transition into forward flight in the Star Wars Fantasy Surrealist Movies. :)

  3. Today we have a new Hornet wallpapers, in the same style as the first.

One is HD an the other is 4K.

    Enjoy!

I'm currently using this great Hornet wallpaper, by Cato! I really appreciate all of the videos and mini updates for the Hornet. I especially like Wag's videos on the Hornet. They are extremely informative and helpful. I will definitely refer to Wag's videos when learning the DCS Hornet, much appreciated! MJ

  4. I happen to agree that modern aircraft should take a priority. However, if a similar situation were to arise where a private contract produced a Sopwith Dolphin or an S.E. 5a then I would certainly enjoy the chance to purchase either. They would be awesome.

That would be epic. Maybe Sir Peter Jackson and his crew would be interested in joining up with ED, creating simulated versions of the WW1 planes that are part of the Vintage Aviator LTD Collection? It would be awesome to have a DCS World S.E.5.a study sim add-on.

  5. Wags also mentioned last week I believe that Razbam is also adding the drogue to the KC-135. So we will get two great tanking options for all of those platforms!

Thank you for mentioning that, Greekbull! I totally missed that! The KC-130 and KC-135 will both be greatly appreciated. I can't wait to see all the new DCS addons waiting for those tankers, the F18c's, AV-8B's, the F14A & B's! Good times ahead!

  6. If anything, the EA-6B could be added as an AI carrier aircraft if there is a lack of public information to make a 4 seat multicrew DCS module out of it. The model looks good so far cubanace.

Yeah, it would be great if Razbam could make the EA-6B, sometime after the A6. That would be a very unique plane, our first and only electronic warfare plane, and it would be a great complement for the AV-8B and F18C.

  7. Without smashing off the tail boom.

It seems like the helo does not like to lose altitude and airspeed.

Anyway, if anyone has advice for mastering this, I appreciate it.

If you are below 40 kilometers per hour, don't descend with a vertical speed exceeding 3 meters per second or there is a good chance you will fall like a rock. I know, because I mastered falling like a rock with the MI-8 long before learning how to land it. :prop:

  8. As far as which ride comes first, assuming all of the projects under consideration started around the same time, I guess it all comes down to which project has the shortest of all the various projects longest poles, in the proverbial tent. ;)

  9. Hello all,

First of all, I would like to apologize to all those who where waiting for a DCS MiG-23 really hard. You can be sure I was one of them.

As the MiG-23 was not authorized, we started to push our second project which is the MiG-19. I´ve been swiming in MiG-19s and MiG-19 documentation for the past two months as at the beginning it was supposed that we would have more time to gather all the necessary data and as a consequence, some info is still missing.

    We appreciate any help.:D

A new historically acurrate MiG-19P model is being made. I will be posting some work in progress pictures of the new MiG-19 model around next week.

Thank you and your team for making the Mig-19 that is currently in development, a really nice surprise. MJ
