  1. Hi there, found a bug while trying to ripple fire with mav-G. The first Maverick to impact delete instantaneous the second one. Despite having a good distance between the targets like in the picture below: track added with the problem. Greetings. f16 2mav bug1.trk
  2. I've been doing test all afternoon and I have found many inconsistencies. It's easy to kill 4 to 6 bandits "cooperating" (flying straight and no evasive manevours), more than 6 bandits result in a lot of 120 hitting the same target. But then I performed the rest of my test with just 4 bandits doing a level turn and avoiding evasive manevours. The correct behaviour should be the one in the track "F18 TWS.trk", 4 shoots at different targets and 4 kills, but sometimes doing the same steps a few 120 hit the same target of other 120, resulting in a 2 or 3 kills, not 4. Also, I tried to move the antena out of the targets to check if there is any inertial guidance, and sometimes 1 or 2 aim120 finds a target like in "f18 tws radar out.trk" and sometimes none of them hit a target like in "f18 tws radar out 2.trk" that seems a better behaviour. (not sure if the distance is not enough for the targets the get out of the FOV of the missile before that one enters in active phase) TL:DR Lots of test... and at the end I don´t know how many missiles can guide reliably in TWS. f18 tws radar out 2.trk f18 tws radar out.trk f18 tws.trk
  3. Can I add? I don't remember where I read some time ago that they were different teams and the development of one module It wasn't going to affect the other module... :music_whistling: I´m sad to see this year that in 3 months just arrived a few items for both modules, I don't have any hope that at the end of this year one of the modules will be on its final stage... and that makes me sad.
  4. DCS manual page 152: Not working as intended. Tried several modes (RWS, TWS...) and the TGP isn´t commanded to the LOS of the radar. 5. How many hundreds of head wind? :music_whistling:
  6. And coming from oculus S, is it worth paying for a reverb?
  7. :megalol: How can we explain this to our wifes?
  8. Also happens in other maps, 2 patches ago the Viper was able to maintain a better rate vs the hornet :music_whistling:
  9. ""Misunderstanding controller settings advice from a veteran DCS pilot, apparently I had my pitch curve set backwards (-15 vs 15)."" Written in the video description.
  10. Hi there. Anyone knows wich behaviour should be the correct and can any tester look at the tracks? Thanks.
  11. Hi all, I just discovered that SA-10 engage actively and destroy any JSOW-A but don´t engage JSOW-C, the last one are just ignored. Track for JSOW-A: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2fk07k2zw8fdzkx/jsowA%20test.trk?dl=0 Track for JSOW-C: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zwq0bcvvvhqb39h/jsowC%20test.trk?dl=0 I don't know which is the correct behaviour, but both should receive the same treatment, or both be engaged by the SA-10 or both be "stealth".
  12. Stout, Jay. Hornets over Kuwait (Posición en Kindle2844). . Edición de Kindle. Not the case with the actual ammo type, it's just HE no AP round in the belt, so anything harder than a truck just laugh at it. I think that we just have in sim is the M56A3/A4 (HE) and we should got also the M53 (API) and the PGU-28A/B (SAPHEI).
  13. In oculus S what I find nearly invisible is the bullseye info, maybe the screen needs more brightness.
  14. From the newsletter April 2015: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=142734 I hope the sub-modes are already finished.
  15. But how about this with human F-18C?
  16. Yes, we changed planes between sessions and maps. (happened online but both with good ping 40-60) The one flying the F-14 in Nevada was being killed every time, things changed for the one flying the cat in Caucasus... if it was happened only to me, maybe I haven't oppened that thread. That's the telemetry from differents dogfight... I just checked T/R (take with a grain of salt) But is funny that in Nevada we weren't unable to obtain a similar T/R I don't know where to look now... It's a lift problem? wingsweep related? I'm running out of ideas.
  17. Thanks for your time. I've been doing some flight today, and test are very close in both maps... I'm start thinking that isn't related to the power plant...
  18. I have tacview advanced version, should be easy to provide some charts... this week I'm full of work, maybe the next week I can provide data. I'm not talking about small difference, If you are used to the plane you will notice this in the first 2 minutes turning with another player. Hornet and eagle doesn't seems to have such difference. No idea if is an issue just on my end or more people experience this. (an to be more precise in Open Beta update 2.5.4.29167) Regards.
  19. Exactly! And still behave worse the lower one in nevada. Did you read the whole post or just de TL,DR?
  20. Hi Hummingbird, can you do a small test? Try to dogfight another human in Nevada and tell me if you appreciate any difference in performances. Thanks.
  21. Hi all, I discovered with a friend that we enjoy to do BFM´s against each other about a problem in performances on the tomcat side. We are very proficiency at BFM and we have the same skill level, so if we fly the same plane we end in a draw or the first that make a mistake get deleted from the sky in a matter of seconds. We enjoy also the dissimilar fight, and we also try to drag the opponent were the strength of our plane shines. So, we tried F-14 vs F-18/F-15/F-5/etc... in Nevada and the Tomcat doesn't have any chance against none of them (disregard F-5 :D) Talking only about F-14 vs F-18 the 18 out-turn, out-climb and out-putwhateveryouwanthere the Cat in Nevada, but if we jump to georgia it's a completely different beast, it transforms in a very letal opponent. From the Cat side, In nevada we need full throttle the whole fight and in georgia sometimes we need to go out of burner to not overspeed that beast. Yeah, we know about the elevation in Nevada and both mission were flown with same Tº and pressure. Others modules doesn't "feel" so different between maps than the Cat. (well, telemetry from tacview advanced it's different, so there aren't just feelings) TL: DR; The Cat in nevada feels like flying in a derated thrust engine and in Georgia like a full power on steroids. Anyone has noticed something similar?
