I was pretty pissed when I was flying the a 10c and something did not work right I did this.... Pretty much I could not get the mavericks to work right finally i said a couple of four letter words and flung my headset soo hard I broke my track ir and i was still po'ed and picked them up and flung them across my room and still kinda pissed about it.... now I have to order a new set lol....

I did a quick mission and made the airbase friendly, I even had it started with alot of fuel and when i go into game i have NOTHING on my aircraft and Crew wont refuel... even when i get a "copy" from the crew.

You don't need to just sit there and wait for people sometimes you can set up a multiplayer mission. when someone pops in and ask questions or someone ask for help im saying is help these guys... if you notice someone is having a tough time then offer help... and also let people know where the PDF flight manual is in their game folder too...

I have noticed that alot of new players are coming into the game, I would like to ask a favor out of the community...... if you can please host training missions, Please take some time to help New players into the game. Please help them with basic flight such as trafficking, flight patterns, ect ect... Teach them how to contact the towers. And teach them weapons deployment. I have been hosting a training mission with dragons basic training mission and a free flight missions... I would like to ask others here to fallow my example. this is the only way DCS is going to grow is people knowing that this is a Very helpful community and creating content with what modules DCS throws at us. More support means more aircrafts, more maps and more content!!!

tighten up the navigation system, missile launch message, ecm... I think that is about it....

if belsimtek released this module with an English cockpit I will buy it at full price otherwise ill stick with the KA 50....

I would say HECK yea!! i would even be happy with a FC3 version with the afm.....

With the release of the mig 21, I am curious if we can see other 3rd gen fighters, I would love to see a release of the f5, Mirage, phantom, ect ect ect... any thoughts? or even a harrier would be nice....

i tried taking off with bombs and 30% fuel and i cant get it off the ground, and when i go no bombs and a little fuel it goes up like a helicopter.....

I think if we can give ED this idea some support it can happen. and who knows maybe it can compete with IL2...

well the whole purpose is the give the p51 some ww2 content. it would open doors for more developed planeset. and give 3rd party developers an incentive to make some ww2 content. even if they just give us a bunch of AI planes and a new map i would still be VERY happy.

CLOD is great don't get me wrong but not where near as detailed as the DCS p51...

I would suggest that ed should do a similar project like they did with fc. instead make it ww2 based. make a simple but not too simple planeset but something very basic based off some of the ww2 planes. along with a ww2 map make some basic planes for example make a bf 109g model but not call it a g model just call it a BF109. that way in future development somoene can go and make a more accurate module of a 109G. so here is what i think would be a great idea. make a package similar to flamming cliffs 3 but instead include 3 fighters (maybe more later) - A6m (based of the a6m type 52) - BF109 (based of the bf 109g) - Spitefire (based of the spitfire IXe) and maybe include a ww2 map like Italy or English channel. I think if ED would make a package like this it would bring alot of people into the DCS world and the 3rd party developers would take interest into making ww2 aircraft. I would suggest to make cockpits clickable, but then again im not sure how much work could be done. Now i would like to hear from people if ED made a package like this would you buy this for $39.99 I would be very happy to myself.

the only problem with it now is the flight models, and yeah its a bit disappointing when they said "oh no we not going to fix it now this is it" but if they put in some 3rd party mods in there it will be better and much better....

since the new patches to cliffs of dover i can't go back to 1946 even with the patches. although im more of a fan of the pacific war and i love to have a battle with an a6m vs a seafire i still love cliffs of dover better. as far as DCS I really wish they could come up with more ww2 planes and maps. I would appriciate an english channel and perhaps a german or japanesse aircraft. would be VERY nice.

what is the proper way to skip bomb a ship in the p51. when i do it the same way i do it in IL2 the bombs go off almost as soon as they hit the water. is this a bug or something im doing wrong? has anyone been able to skip bomb succesfully?

When I buy a game, or any kind of electrical device or anything slightly complicated it does come with a manual for a reason, i suggest you read it xplane,fsx and lock on are alot more boring than DCS series again if you look on your dash you can locate your airspeed and other indicators very easily you adjust your joystick through option this is the least complicated aircraft in the DCS series... and lastly if I may add to this. there are plenty of you tube videos on the p 51 on how to fly it landing, flight patterns, taxi, ect ect. you don't seem like you did enough research. and these planes are not stable aircrafts at all ALOT of men died while training on these aircrafts they required ALOT of attention to detail. so you are not going to get it right with only 4 hours of flight time. if you feel frustrated go play something else then come back later and try again. again read the manual, look up the youtube videos, look up the flight patterns for landing. read what people are posting and asking questions about. this aircraft requires alot of hands and feet to fly it, there is NO autopilot.

actually after they fixed alot of the bugs this is a really great sim, i only wish they would give us AI aircraft to shoot down like a fw190, bf 109 or a ki 84. as far as learning to fly it don't do this in arcade mode, do a little research on how t fly it. spend a little time reading the manuals. if you need help just PM me. this aircraft is a high torque on take off and in flight you constantly have to be on the stick this is not flaming cliffs 2. it demands real flying.

MIG 15 VS F 86 WOULD BE AWESOME, or maybe another ed module DCS f 86 I would be very happy with this and let bezcl do the MIG 15. this would be an awesome match up. talking about killing 2 birds with one stone. and while we are at it could we have some AI planes as well like a b 29, maybe some AI sky-raiders.... and a Korean war map. maybe we should get in contact with the guys who did il2 up3, and ask them what they can do. i will gladly buy anything of ED quality. so far i have been very happy with anything ED has thrown out. (aside from my forum tantrum about the p 51, but I figured it out)

I am having troubles installing the new patch, when i launch the exe it goes throu the normal steps but it dont let me put in the directory of the DCS world and it says "DCS World 1.1.2.0 EN should be installed" i have that installed already... :helpsmilie:

First of all i am a huge fan of A-10c and a big fan of DCS but the p51 was a huge dissapointment. the good great graphics the bad hard to start the engine it does not start every time even if i do the same procedure, sometimes the plane will blow up for no reason, NO other fighter planes or bombers to fight against, and DCS world is buggier than il2 cliffs of dover... really???? you guys could do soo much better. im bitter cuz i feel like i wasted 40 bucks.....
