We are talking below 5000' here. I noticed oil temp got more manageable about 10 mins into flight. When, if ever, can you switch to auto and forget the oil temp? Edit: Nope, I did it again. The only thing i did different this time was leaving the booster pump on during climb out. Can fuel pressure cause a seize? I have to be missing something here.
