  1. Are there any DCS World modules tutors out there? I’m willing to pay a reasonable fee
  2. Yes, I’ve tried that and no joy. The problem that the screen cuts off right at the bottom of the MFDs
  3. Hi all. I have a Dell G7 gaming laptop and, of DCS World. I have a display issue. The window doesn’t display fully. For example, when I do the start up training for any of the modules I cannot turn on the battery because I can’t see it. It’s outside the window. That sucks since I’m unable to train. The correct resolution, 1920x1080, is set both on the Dell and the module. Any and all help will be appreciated. Thanks, Gunslinger II
  4. I’m looking for the same as Joe. I’m in the central time zone but since I’m retired I’m available most of the time.
  5. Happy New Year all. Gunslinger 1102 here (aka “Pancho”—my VF-103 name). Retired Navy pilot but I’m a complete DCS nougat. Anyone willing to tutor me for a fee? I’m in Louisiana—CST.

    Thanks.

  6. Happy New Year, y’all. I just installed DCS World and several modules. I’m a retired pilot but I’m having trouble getting up to speed on the sim. Would anyone be willing to tutor me? I’d be happy to pay a reasonable fee. Thanks Bill
  7. Thanks for your quick answer. I want to use two monitors plus the laptop screen if possible. For the sim
  8. Good evening all. As a retired Hornet jock, I love DCS World and the various aircraft. Flying the sim is straightforward; getting my monitors lined out is making me crazy. I have a Dell G7 laptop, 34” LG and an Asus 27”. They’re all set to 1924 by 1080. Before I added the two external monitor everything displayed properly. Now the displays are unusable. They just show just small fragments of the sim and I can’t fly. Please help. ‘Thanks in advance shipmates Bill
  9. Thank you very much for your responses. I'll try both of your solutions. Best wishes, Bill
  10. It's been several months since I've flown in DCS A-10C so I decided to get back into it. When I started it for the first time, I upgraded it to 1.5.2. After it finished downloading, I tried to start the program and came to what I presume is the new splash 'screen. I see three options there: modules, options and another one. When I click on one tab, the two disappear. No where can I see an option to start the the game nor can I find the old screen with the various and training options. I have to start the Task Manager and shut DCS down. I hope someone can help. Thanks in advance for any and all help. Bill
  11. You might want to try The Art of Warfare at http://taw.net/units/ Just scroll down until you see Combat Flight Simulator. It's an excellent group of people and very newbie friendly. They have a very good training program.
