  1. Are others still experiencing this issue? https://forum.dcs.world/topic/279026-landing-light-always-visible-in-external-view-at-certain-lod/ I certainly still get the landing light at certain LOD. nullnull
  2. It appears the the Mustangs navlights are only visible from a very close range (compared to other aircraft) May be related to the other Mustang LOD issues still to be fixed (tailwheel / landing light)
  3. Is it possible to make the forward antenna mast an optional item (maybe via the loadout menu?) Looking at historical photos it seems to be a real mixed bag of whether a particular Corsair had one or not. And another one, probably a bit harder to accommodate, but how about the FAA Clipped Wing mod?
  4. After taking damage in combat and ending up with a dead engine, on several occasions I've managed to get the engine to carry on as per normal by holding down the starter. Releasing the starter causes the engine to die again. Re-engaging and holding the starter and she fires back into life. Will try to submit a track next time this occurs.
  5. Awesome! Beauteous Butch II please please please :)

    MH434

Does anyone have the MH434 skin? I've been unable to locate it.
  7. While this is not a bug or a problem here is hopefully some useful feedback to improve the flight model. The aircraft seems to have a little too much directional stability. Behavior during the takeoff and landing phases seems fairly realistic, however not a lot of rudder input / correction is required during power/speed changes. High power, slow airspeed (during a climb) should require a boatload of right rudder. When reducing the power the nose should yaw left. Similarly, any input of aileron (especially when you have 4 of them!), should require a fair amount of rudder to counteract any adverse yaw. Hope this feedback is useful. It's really great to see an aerobatic biplane in DCS. It's a lot of fun and a great module, and I reckon you've nailed a lot of the other flying characteristics. I hope you guys get as much interest as it deserves, and really looking forward to the Corsair! Happy to help with any dev testing. ((Real world pilot, currently doing a lot of flying in an EAA AcroSport II)) ***Pretty sure I had the rudder assist function turned off during my testing :pilotfly:
  8. Hi All, Does anyone have any interest in creating the RedBull skin? Did I mention it gives you wings? :pilotfly:
  9. That's fantastic! Thanks BoNidle. Looking forward to taking it for a spin tonight.
  10. I'd really like to see this scheme done if anyone would like to take on the challenge. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_C._McConnell
  11. AEF seems to have upwards of 15 people on it most nights from what I've seen.
