  3. Used saturation at 80% for throttle, this allows now a zero colective. And now Minister is on board in 5 seconds, no need to go to idle. Many Thanks !!! Would suggest to add an image like previous post col1.JPG to the images of Mission 01 and write in the briefing "Land close in front of CH-130 nose and be sure collective is fully down (check with control helper). There are probably a few more brainless Peter P like me around...
  4. Hum, attached the minimum collective I can get with a CH pro USB throttle, hit Num- changes nothing, doesn't go lower(col2.JPG). When remove the USB Throttle, Num- allows to go lower, up to zero (col1.JPG). There is a difference, but isn't a problem in KA50/MI8 various campaings completed. Have no idea how to change that expect unplug the USB throttle after Landing.
  5. Similar problem, tried 4 times, and gave up this campaign. Read somewhere that engine has to be set on 'idle' after landing near CH-130 , if it's the case, it's a pity that is not written explicitly in the Briefing, as we can't read the triggers ourselves...

Having following problem with ch pro throttle Afterburner switch is off, Emergency AFB switch is off move throttle full with ch pro throttle AFB light is off Afterburner switch on The throttle moves one notch more by itself and AFB light is on Until this point seems ok. Then Emergency AFB switch on No Emergency AB light, i have to press NumPAD + key The throttle moves one notch more by itself and emergency AFB light is on Throttle back, Emergency AFB switch off, Afterburner switch off and then same behavior when doing from begin. In a nutshell, I can't get EAFB on without having to add a NumPAD+ key ch pro throttle calibaration seem to doesn't matter, moving stick to 90% only as end point, same behavior. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaMpyEuhUZw

  10. My joystick is a MS sidewinder FB 2. In some DCS modules, swap axis in FF tune must be on for this joystick. For the 109, seems should be off. Anyone ?

  13. Repair. Stick will only be an inch higher. I've found how to remove motors plate (didnt see the screw deep in each white plastic leg :music_whistling:). Than simply dremel the broken stick base , drill a 12mm hole and use a 12 mm alu tube. Thanks

The governor has some delay, when you put more collective, you have the needed more blade angle but not yet the power for that angle, there is delay for the governor (2-4 seconds) to get correct RPM for the rotor. Looking your track put more collective 4 seconds sooner as you do, just before the shake occurs arround 20 kts, or try arround 25 knots.
  17. The track shows IMOO a lack of colective when it starts shaking near 20 kts, try to put more colective as soon as it starts shaking. Also may be check your colective curves, try a linear one for the colective.
  18. I had also plenty of VRS. Less now following figure 3.19 of the manual: don't fly in the red zones. To go below 40 knots -> you must be first below 100 feet. To go below 100 feet -> fly above 40 knots When near 100 feet and near 50 knots, slowdown without losing altitude, when anticipate the shake arroud 20 knots, put some collective at the early stage of the shake. Use Rctrl+Enter helper all the time. NB: I had also an issue with my pro USB throttle, sometimes get some eratic collective inputs leading to vrs, solved by a calibration. novrs.trk

  20. Figure 3.3 : the tail rotor is shown on the right side of the fuselage. The UH-1H has the tail rotor on the left of the fuselage. Is figure 3.3 correct for the UH-1H ?
  21. DCS freelancer training, can connect and fly with latest update 1.2.4.11855 :)
  22. Had this also. Then I've done a DCS repair. Launching game then don't show any update needed. But take care, I can't connect to any server (see above), don't know if related.
