In his IL 16 Guide See part 3 pg 26 of 72 Cockpit & Control Gauges. You see arrowed RADIO CONTROL BOX. Did he have some beta that wasn’t released for the screenshot showing it ??? You don’t see this in his other screenshots in the guide? Enabled via Mission Editor like Landing Torches??? On vacay so not at my p.c. now. Worth investigating. If graphic file is in module for this I bet it can be enabled. Gotta be a way to enable this object?

If DCS can’t even straighten out the bugs in the Yak-52 I have no interest in adding to my DCS collection. Total b.s. how this bugs are being addressed or not addressed in this SIMPLE low tech a/c module and others.

Thanks. Looks like the key is you have to have a waypoint on the runway for it to work.

Usually don’t have time click start engine. Just for a quick hover and fly then crash landing. So go in editor to have jet already running In mission. Correct? I know auto start doesn’t work.

Try as I might I could not get vertices to move up and down when applying the brakes (I use a keyboard). I was able to produce where the vertices are on the indicator. But wasn't able to solve why vertices failed to appear. You can see what I'm talking about if you use this controls_indicator_page.lua located in C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\aircraft\I-16\Cockpit\Scripts Don't forget to back up the file. controls_indicator_page.lua

I edited controls_indicator_page.lua in C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\aircraft\I-16\Cockpit\Scripts Whatever I edit either makes the controls indicator not appear OR show up on a different position on the screen-but brake action doesn't show. At this point I'm ready make an educated guess/hunch that this is the offending file. What code has to be edited or added I don't know. But I'll keep looking at it FWIW.

You’d think DCS would have noted this fix. Oh well. Maybe next update.
