Dolphin browser has this built-in, you can also get blue light filters that work very well and don't bother the missus. That's for mobile device, if you're lugging a laptop to bed, that's another story.

Yeah I got a bit of a shock when flying the FW-190 and all of a sudden got jumped by a gaggle of A-10s that DCS had automatically replaced the spits with.
I also have this, it has been there for the last few versions of DCS but seems more noticeable in 1.5, but that might just be because I am looking harder for problems.
Yes i noticed this as well, had to change to start time about 40mins later to start mission at dawn. Also had to reverse wind direction on old missions to use the same runways.
