First of all congrats to your whole team! But can someone answer the question why they wanna implement an AFM and not an PFM/EFM like in the MiG, P-51, A10C etc, or is it just a misunderstanding? If it´s gonna be an EFM/PFM I´ll pruchase the bird now.

I think they are just developing an AFM, aren't they?

Hallo toyojoe, es hört sich so an, als hättest Du die P-51 von der CD noch einmal installiert. Du musst aber das Modul von der Eagle Dynamics Website laden und dann mit der Seriennummer aus der Boxed-Version aktivieren, dann sollte es klappen. LG

Dann das Update manuell starten über Start... Alle Programme...Eagle Dynamics...Dcs World Update Das sollte klappen.

Its a trip with the XCOR Lynx Mark II which is still in development.

So I've got some time now to give you some more information about my trip to Kenedy Space Center. From the 1st December till the 5th December I met 109 people from mall around the world to fight for trip to space. Within that competition we had to do some training missions to figure out who are the best 22 of the 109 that joined the competition. The tests were such as a Zero-G flight in a 727, an Air Combat Flight in a SF-260 and a G-Force test in a Centrifuge. A internationel jury led by Buzz Aldrin rated us during the competitions. And I think I don't have to say that this has been the best week of my life till today. But what I relly want to say is that DCS helped me A LOT by e.g. flying the SF-260. It was just like sitting in front of my sim flying the P-51. I got 10 out of 10 point for the acrobatic and formation flying part. I mean I already had some real life experience most of the time in gliders but I think the main reason i won that competition are the houndreds of hours I played DCS. So thank you for that ED. :pilotfly:

When the Radio Altimeter is turned on you can be detected much more easy by air defence units. This is why you have always the option to turn it off in aircraft that might be involved in combat situations.

Moin, wollte heut eigentlich die Mi-8 mal ausprobieren, aber er hat das Update auf 1.2.6 leider abgebrochen. Als Nachricht erhielt ich :"Abbruch durch Benutzer" hab aber nichts abgebrochen. :mad: Jetzt startet das Update nicht mehr automatisch. Gibt es da ne Möglichkeit, dieses manuell zu starten? Hoffe es funktioniert dann. Ich will das Teil testen!!! :pilotfly: Danke schon mal! Gruß :)

Ne, es läuft nichts im Hintergrund. Der Taskmanager zeigt auch nur DCS als laufendes Programm an. Ist wie gesagt sonst auch immer alles bestens gewesen. Erst seit dem letzten Update hab ich dieses Problem.

Moin, ich habe das Problem, dass seit dem letzten Update beim Laden einer Mission der Desktop immer wieder vor das Programm, also DCS flackert.:( Wenn ich dann unten in der Taskleiste auf das DCS Symbol klicke, dann läuft das Programm wieder normal und der Desktop ist im Hintergrund. Noch jemand mit diesem Problem? Es lässt sich wie gesagt leicht beheben, allerdings nervt es doch mit der Zeit, da es bei erneutem Laden immer wieder auftritt. Gruß Gixxuki

Das liegt einfach daran, dass es dort keinen Mauszeiger gibt. Die Maus ist nur zum Umschauen, alles Andere läuft bei FC 3 über Tastenkommandos

Hey, has anyone else experienced the Huey exploding when it touches the water surface? Just when the skid is about 10 inches under water the Huey disappears or explodes completely.:cry:
