  1. Awesome videos I've jumped ship to BMS 4.33 after and learnt a lot from your vids too Thanks
  2. All good, just wanted to double check. I've got a spare 24" at home so will hook that up Had a quick play the yesterday and it certainly changes the way the sim is played. So much more efficient!
  3. We don't have a way hiding the exported MDFs on the main monitor (win10 user)?
  4. Strange. Mines silky smooth even with TGP and MAV screen on. I only use 512 cockpit res though.
  5. Makes sense as I don't really see any effect whilst in cockpit mode. You definitely wouldn't want that bokeh stuff happening when trying to spot ground targets.
  6. @ ReconXPanzer That's interesting... I set my default view first with the TIR off. Hit "Alt + keypad 0" to save. Turn TIR back on and its right where I set it. If a wiggle around too much I just re-centre the TIR. Isnt this the same thing or am I missing something? Cheers
  7. I get this too, its like viewing a row of LED lights on TV (they flicker like a 'Mexican wave').
  8. Is the F15c DCS quality i.e. full fidelity/functional clickable cockpit?
  9. Q: does it really take 4 2000lb bombs to destroy a bunker IRL or is this a DCS feature?
  10. This shits me to no end and can really ruin an otherwise perfect mission. Definitely agree we need to understand what triggers a successful AI command. Will give getting closer to target before issuing command a go...
  11. Can't vote as I've only tried it with a TMWH. However I did struggle in the beginning but when I added a curve of 22 it worked out beautifully and connected first go. By third attempt I was already holding it for the full duration of the refuel. Just a week ago I decided to set the curves back to 0 on both axis. Managed to connect fine but probably had about 10 disconnects before I got a full tank. With more practice it shouldn't be a problem... The 40 odd hours you've put in won't make a difference if you're just replicating the exact same thing you've been doing for the last 39. That'll only end up with the same result. Instead try to do something different each time and see what works well. I know it may seem obvious but we all may not realise it and unless your controller is faulty (check the curves in windows?), 40 hrs of proper practice should be way more than enough. What stick are you flying with now? Btw man what a difference 0 curves make. The A10 is now suddenly a nimble beast whereas before it was quite sluggish. I'd recommend 0 curves to all if possible!
  12. Sounds like a great idea! Now to figure out how to hook up my HOTAS, pedals and trackir to my iphone on the train :smilewink:
  13. There's a few prepacked files some of the guys have posted. Eg PeterP. Just drop it into your mod folder like you do with any other mods. I believe the first folder is bin...
  14. You mean toggle ground safe off and "brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr"? That works too :pilotfly:
