What computer do you recommend that matches all the recommended system requirements for DCS World?

I need help. Vehicles will not appear on the shkval system on the Su-25T. When looking on land I can only see the shadows of vehicles and it will only show water as the surface and no land.

My su25t shkval monitor doesnt show vehicles but it will lock on to them once the camera is within 50m it will show it. this is really anoying as i can only find enemys using the hud

The Su25T's monitor does not display vehicles until it is very close the monitor shows no vehicles but locks on to them.
