  2. We noticed that the L-39C in 2.5 is causing performance issues. It's not really flyable in formation with friends anymore (Since 1.5) In 2.5 currently we constantly get micro-stutters and 1 minute freezes (sometimes even DCS crashes) and it happens randomly to all 5 of us during every training session.

    We tried it in the same mission with F-15s and no stutters or freezes. What makes the L-39 different to cause these kinda issues? We have an event coming up March 31st, and haven't been able to complete one successful training session due to the freezes and micro-stutters in the L-39. :helpsmilie:

    (Please move to Bugs and Problems made a mistake!)

  3. Thanks for reply, it's what I was thinking but had a little hope it was in a file I could modify just for aerobatic, not really important. it was just to do like real airshow and test smoke at ground :smilewink:

    Maybe if you can use the smoke pods that go on the outer pylons and control it freely on the ground, maybe theres a way to center the smoke that's suppose to be on the outside. I'll look into it :thumbup:

  6. Hello Rylan,

    Make sure you add smoke to the aircraft. I usually add it into the center of the aircraft. Once in the aircraft behind your stick you'll see some toggle switches, flip up the far left toggle. Set a button for Weapon Fire which will turn on and off the smoke. Make sure you also set a button for Weapon Safety Button and make sure you hit that to turn off safety. To check to make sure it's off on top of your stick in the aircraft a red lever should go down. Make sure you're above 200kts before the smoke can turn on :) :pilotfly:

  7. Not sure if anyone posted this anywhere, but having it where you see your friends canopy open in a multiplayer server not seeing both front and back seat open. When its only your aircraft you can only see your front canopy open but it's different when you see others. Maybe have it only if you set it as a two seater option only?

  8. You need a collision shell.

    Right click on the model and select 'Object Properties' > user Defined > and type

    TYPE = "renderable|collision_shell";

    Or make a lower res model and put

    TYPE = "collision_shell";

    in the Shapes folder you need a .LODS file

    my example

    model={
    lods={
    	{"WarningSign.EDM",2000.0};
    	{"WarningSignL01.edm",3000.0};
    	{"WarningSignL02.edm",9000.0}
    	};
    collision_shell="WarningSignCOLLISION.edm";
    }

    Might of changed since.

    Thank you! One question though, what are those numbers in the .lods file? The size of the landable surface? or? Just trying to figure out what those numbers represents.

  9. Not sure if this has been posted on the forums or not. I tried searching on google and no results. I modeled a hangar and all I'm trying to figure out is how can I make it where I can land on it without going through it? All I have right now is a basic .edm. Is there anything else needed? Sorry :) :music_whistling: Any help would be much appreciative!
