  1. A great idea. Now I'm going to have to pull out "Low Level Hell" (again).
  2. Very nice. I've been away from this for a while. Can you please explain how you set up the RP2040 pico? I'm using a Bodnar BU0836X for my Huey sim. Thanks.
  3. For the last year or so I've been using the TCL 55" CLASS 4-SERIES 4K UHD HDR ROKU SMART TV - 55S425. Moving up from a 24" monitor it was actually a bit scary the first few times I used it. I have an older system with a GTX 1070 video card and I haven't noticed any problems at all playing in 4K. In my opinion it's a great deal for the price.
  4. I've been away for a while but after finally updating my simpit, video card and monitor I have a question. What is the optimum height or position for a large (55") TV? It's going to be mounted from above and I'd like to make sure the horizon is correct in relation to my eye height. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
  5. Great job, thanks for doing this.
  6. Great news. Looking forward to seeing the results. Thanks.
  7. I found this recently and it looks like it would be a lot easier to set up than the typical hall effect sensor and separate magnet. It comes in various shaft diameters. http://www.digikey.com/catalog/en/partgroup/model-6120/24400
  8. I checked with a laser cutting place a while ago and got a quote of about $65 to cut an instrument panel out of steel if I had a CAD file. I don't know how much aluminum costs but it would be a lot easier to work with. Now that Helios is available for the Huey this would be a great thing to proceed with.
  9. Not sure where I found this but here goes; 39 3/4" Wide 15 5/8" High (at center) 11 1/4" High (left side) 13" High (right side)
  10. Looking forward to the updates. Happy New Year!
  11. Looking forward to updates on this project. Thanks.
  12. Thanks very much for your work on this. Very appreciated.
  13. Looks very nice! Is this based on one of the simulators that was for sale a while ago? I may be interested in some of the instruments.
  14. Thanks for the tips. I'm trying to accomplish the same thing. One thing I am trying to figure out is how to export the gauges. Is there any way to do this yet? PS: kimmel please PM me if you'd like to share some ideas.
