Dear support team: I have 2 accounts: one login ID is "WangHan" and another login ID is "Wang han" I have FC3 and it was binded to login "WangHan", now I want to transfer FC3 from "WangHan" to "Wang han" but unfortunately the myserial.php page doesn't show my FC3 so I'm unable to unbind it manually. Could you help me to unbind FC3 from WangHan and bind it to "Wang han" Many thanks and regards
