I am with Madcat, pls, pls could we have an A-1E Skyraider.... Oooh those HOBO's... AI ABBCC Herc, CH-3 or CH-53's too.... And, and AI AAR Hercs and... "Disco" EC-121.... Flyable RF-101C, EB-66, F-105D,F & G... F-4C's and D's, Mig-17PF, Mig-19S, Mig-21MF .... A South East Asia map... Am I rambling? :D Coming back to reality I would be happy with an F-15E, F-16 but especially the F-14 as long as it was Bombcat and TARPS... I think it's time ED looked at Photo Recce.

Tornado GR1 /1a!!! Please! Or the aircraft it replaced and was inferior to in many ways (All Up Weight, Combat Range, Reliability, Speed at low level with War Load, Ride Height Stability etc) the Hawker Siddley Buccaneer S2.B.....

1. A movable compass rose in the Mission Editor Map (not only on the object menu) to allow Mission creators to accurately place object's with the desired heading easily. 2. Larger AAA object selection to include: 100 mm air defense gun KS-19 85 mm air defense gun M1939 (52-K) 57 mm AZP S-60 37 mm automatic air defense gun M1939 (61-K) 25 mm automatic air defense gun M1940 (72-K) 14.5mm ZPU 2 & 4 Each round type with corresponding effects (Smoke, Explosions etc). One bug bear of mine is that you cannot see the 23mm gun emplacement easily from the air, when those guns fire you get a certain amount of barrel smoke, breach smoke and dust cloud from surrounding blow back. Would love to see that in DCS. 3. A wider selection of Cold War AI both Soviet and NATO (especially European) aircraft, naval and ground units. 4. Multiplayer Multicrew capability. The Huey for example with crew stations that can be manned by four Client's. Many thanks ED for taking note :) P.S. Could we also have the ability to add custom Callsigns to aircraft flights. IE: RAF Tornado flight callsign: SAXON etc.

Ells228, Silver Dragon. Sirs, you have given me the best answer I could wish for, it makes absolute sense now and I feel slightly embarrassed by my lack of forward thinking. I was forgetting that YOU, the Devs, have to learn about DCS (how it works and to implement your products etc) just as new aviators to the DCS universe do. Please accept my sincerest apologies for my rather sharp comment. Thank you very much to all who replied. P.S. Seeing as there is a penchant for the Prop aircraft atm is there any chance of a "HOBO" A1-E??? :D

Occulus Rift is a real neat bit of hardware... Only one problem... I cant see where my mug of tea is and Ooops... What keyboard button did I press? Wait..> Was that the keyboard? Wheres my keyboard... O.o

MANPADS are still (In the real world) notoriously cumbersome, unreliable and easier to deal with (by a target aircrew) than most SAM's. As some one mentioned here that an Igla should be persuaded not to bag you simply by dumping a flare or two combined with an evasion manoeuvre. The Igla, amongst others, are waaay over powered, not so much in explosive (killing) power but in flight and reliability. A personal example of this is during one home made multiplayer mission my Flight members (who has already been bagged by a Strela) both watched in amazement as one Igla armed infantry man lobbed missile after missile at me as I went over his head at 270 kts and 50ft on the clock. Most hit me of course, a couple I managed to evade. In all they counted 6 missiles launched by the time I was myself bagged. The reload times are way off and the ability to get a lock on an aircraft overhead at 50ft and even at a relatively slow speed is pure fantasy. I hope ED can work a little on the AAA in DCS, also I would love to see some of the higher calibre AAA with the traditional white puffs of 37mm and black for the heavier guns.

Forget the 2 seat argument. I remember having that same debate way back on the Lockon forums with Wags. The 2 seat issue can be overcome with a little artists license and lets face it no one is gonna get bent out of shape if some one released a two seat Hunter or the Phantom etc except perhaps the real anoraks of the world. My list: 1. EE. Frightning. Like Brummy I grew up with the aircraft as a kid. F.2, F.3, F.6 and T.5 pls :D 2. Hawker Siddeley Buccaneer S2C 3. BAC TSR2 4 Jaguay GR3 and T2 5 Tornado GR1 /1a and 4 / 4a 6. HS Harrier GR3 / 7 / 9 7. MD Phantom FG.1 / FGR2 8. Saab Viggen 9. CF-104 / F-104 Starfighter 10. EF Typhoon... Ugh. Most of the above would make life "interesting" in DCS as one would have to learn how to REALLY fly and fight a Jet powered combat aircraft. Ok ok so I got greedy...
