Yes we can! Yes we can! Use these two fixes for 32-bit: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=107315 Works like a charm! :) Waiting on SSD to install 7x64 for DCS. Not going to bother with the one I already have on HDD because with SSD it will be noticeably faster. Eventually, with an upgraded engine, it will require 64-bit..

Go to ..\DCS World\Config\graphics.lua Open with WordPad. Change maxfps = 120; to your average fps: 30,40,60.. Also do set V-Sync ON. Now all should be much smoother and less gfx stuttering. :)

To get rid of "frame drops happening at all unfortunate moments" get SSD!

OR After he purchases it under his account, he can unbind it from this link: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/myserials.php Then after you install and activate it and first login to multiplayer, it will bind the module to the account you login with.
