Hi I've just registered to the forum because of a problem with trouble tickets delay.
I posted the ticket on dcs's site about 20 days ago and no one has seen it yet.
The problem is that my serial of the a10 module was suddently "blacklisted" for no apparent reason and when I try to go to my payments page it is showing no other serial.
I know you guys of the users support are pretty busy but now I can no longer use the a10 module.
