  1. Twin tailed jets have significant tail flutter when maneuvering. Flutter is occurring on both vertical and horizontal surfaces in below video. It would be nice if this feature could be explored. Facebook
  2. Some AI planes won't climb to WP altitude. I have 64 B-52's and some of them are going to a 30,000 foot WP but stay at about 3,000 feet. Air Defense Training(Diverse).miz
  3. I really prefer the official sound update to come out. I don't want to get too much into unofficial mods.
  4. I can't seem to solve the problem of suffocating when I try to do a cold and dark start up. Can't the mask come off on the ground?
  5. Only the default livery is available. EDIT: disregard, I had the French nation selected and that's why I didn't have the usual liveries...sorry!
  6. There's a fuel truck buried in the side of a hangar.
  7. Are there any plans to work on the engine sounds, especially the external sounds?
  8. It's past time that Warship flight decks should be more mature than they are now. Destroyers and Cruisers should have communications and flight decks that are in flight operations mode. Currently, none of this is true! The fences are up, and they have no communications. The ship models were made with the flight decks not ready to do flight operations, they are in the non-flight operation configuration. They should also be able to refuel if not repair/rearm!
  9. I've heard, but it's important for glasses wearers to know that glasses actually work in VR, as well.
  10. Hilarious! I solved my own problem with a trick that I could've been using for years and didn't realize it, until today. First, I wear glasses, but I didn't like wearing them in VR, so I had to look through the edge of the lenses to see clearly. I didn't realize that was because I wasn't wearing my glasses! Once I put my glasses on, the center of the lenses became clearer than I've ever seen... And, now I can see Petrovich's Target List easily. Keep that in mind for future VR complaints...
  11. I'm using an HP Reverb G2. My problem is I have to wear the headset very high on my cheek bones to get a sharp image for some reason. This has been true for all of my VR headsets. I can see the target list just on the edge of my peripheral vision, but when I try to look at it, it goes out of frame sight.
  12. I have recently discovered the same problem exists with the Mi-24. It shares a similar copilot AI...
  13. This is an error that should be easily fixed.
  14. Aren't the Landing and Taxi Lights mixed up? It seems the wrong light in the model is acting as the taxi light and vice versa.
  15. The Harrier was working when I recorded it on my mytai01 YouTube, but things change in DCS for the worse sometimes.
  16. Except for the Russian callsigns, the available call-signs in the game are too limited. It seems that they're all old Vietnam era USAF tactical call-signs. It would be nice if the actual callsigns could be associated with actual units they belong too.
  17. Are there plans to improve the external sound model? In some instances, it seems to not sound much like a jet. It's like it has excessive rumble and not enough whine. At least it has less whining than most posts!
  18. It seems that the runways on the Caucasus map could be a bit smoother. I understand that they are rougher than most Western runways, but they seem a bit too rough. At least from watching the external view of track files. The planes seem to jump around too much on takeoff. I have several videos that show most of the DCS lineup departing off a Caucasus map runway. YouTube Channel: Mytai01
  19. The system is supposed to let you rewatch your previous flights. However, for certain aircraft, it doesn't reproduce accurate results. For example, if you takeoff and fly a circuit around the pattern land, you'll more likely see your recording showing you crash instead. That's the most common outcome. The problem is very specific to certain modules.
  20. I own all of the modules for DCS, and in the process of recording missions with each of them. I've identified that the replay system in DCS is working properly, in general, and that the problems with it not accurately recording missions is module specific. The AJS37 is one of those modules that I've never been able to properly use this system for.
  21. I own all of the modules for DCS, and in the process of recording missions with each of them. I've identified that the replay system in DCS is working properly, in general, and that the problems with it not accurately recording missions is module specific. It seems it was working just prior to the DCS 2.7.10.18996 Open beta update. I was able to make a couple videos like I was never able to do because the system didn't work with this plane. Currently, the F-14 is back to not recording accurately, again. It broke with the DCS 2.7.10.18996 Open beta update.
  22. I own all of the modules for DCS, and in the process of recording missions with each of them. I've identified that the replay system in DCS is working properly, in general, and that the problems with it not accurately recording missions is module specific. Currently, the C-101 is not recording accurately. It was several updates ago, but I don't know when it failed.
  23. Here's a short video of my experience with the aircraft. Is there something wrong with the modeling here? The engines suddenly jump from 61 percent when the throttles are pushed up, and then jump down from 67 percent when the throttles are pulled back. The engines have this power jump effect when the Outside Air Temperature (OAT) is 0 degrees or less in the mission. Is this a real world effect, or a modeling oversight? OAT in this video is: -10C.
  24. Is anyone else having problems with the engines when going from idle to a higher throttle setting where the engines surge suddenly to a higher RPM?
