  1. @BIGNEWYThen it is still incorrect because the RPM when the jet starts to move at around 94-95% I then started to pull the throttle slowly back it was not until the N2 got down to 79-80% N2 that the jet stopped F18brakenotholdinga.trk
  2. @BIGNEWYBrakes not holding aircraft starts to move at 94%RPM F18brakenotholding.trk
  3. I regulary see commercial airplanes in the hold at biggen hill which is approximatly 8nm from my position, they then fly the holding pattern that takes them further away from my position, the only time i have trouble seeing them is because of cloud or ground objects. my eye sight is worse than 20 20
  4. @BIGNEWYJust updated did a long repair and got a 502 error on start up Just restarted updater and bin mt no 502 error!
  5. There is a control, think it is under special for the f18 that even if you move your throttles fully forward it will not go into afterburner unless you push the control, not in game now so cannot remember the key bind
  6. @TerziHave checked in setting and did not see button press, could you be specific where it is in settings edit What @Soundman766 said -''I have since removed the axis and set the RDR cursor in 'button mode'. It now slews just as smoothly as the TGP does. Who would have thought simpler would be better, so hats off to DCS for that. Just wish the remedy was easier to find. '' So my question is can you use an axis in button mode in dcs, if so how
  7. @Soundman766How do you set it in button mode, by using keys instead?, or is there a way of using the axis in button mode
  8. In the name of realism ED have spent alot of effort on glare effects not sure they want you to be able to put a pair of sunglasses on, although that is why pilots use sunglasses/visors
  9. Have the same problem with the Hornet, with theA10C II you can be +/-3degrees on pitch which seems more likley
  10. Had a similar problem as in post one, i had the HMD on an axis control each time i turned it fully on after a second it jumped back to about one third on, the white line on the knob linning up under the h hmd sign, when i turned it off after a second it jumped back to the h mark. Cleared the axis control and used the mouse to scroll the same happened ending in the same position. I do not have any keys bound and now no axis, using DCS OB MT. The mission iwas flying was too long for track. using X56 hotas
  11. Instead of holding for a specific time i use the standard 0.1 seconds and use the repeat specified amount of times in the bottom right corner from the drop down menu. For 2000 pounds i repeat 20 times, so for 5000 pounds try 50.
  12. The keyboard command for the right throttle to idle is Right Shift+Home, the left throttle is Right Alt+home
  13. in the post, just used the quick mission, ready on ramp, then whilst stationary looked at the same position with and without MT each time i update clear FXO and meashaders folder, update then to a clean up and repair
  14. CPU 4790k intel in the quick mission F18 on ramp, getting 65fps with dcs.exe, dcsmt getting 100fps looking at the same spot while stationery on the ground.
  15. @CBStu Use your velocity vector, if you put this at minus 10 degrees you wil lbe decending at a rate of 1000ft per nautical mile. So if you are 30,000ft to be at 3,000ft at 10 degrees nose down will take 27 miles
  16. This topic was locked back in October 2021 and marked as reported, the bug is still occurring, any chance of a fix
  17. pilot error, had the waypoint sequenced boxed, un boxed sequence all good
  18. no, after making the markpoints using the down waypoint button it used to go to markpoint 9 after waypoint 0 but now it just cycles the waypoints
  19. Anyone having trouble with mark points, once i mark several points and then cycle the waypoint down there are no markpoint.
  20. Just been in the instant action dogfight dora mission, the ram and filtered air are in the aft position, i do not have any controllers set for these controls, this is how they are set at mission start, is this correct or has something been overlooked in the mission setup
  21. @Convexrook so do you align the HMD twice before takeoff?
