Thank you...invaluable info. Now all I have to learn in the next couple of years is how to turn on the engines...lol. Just went through the training of it at least 4 times...my head is spinning. No way to just fire up and go, huh?

I do not have a view folder in Users\Mike\Saved Games\DCS.1-5\Config\????? What do I do about that? Do I create one? This game is starting to piss me off, but I hate giving up!!!

I am wondering if we are playing the same game. I used your Labels.lua and now I have no labels at all. All I want tp know is simply if it's possible to increase the SIZE of the enemy labels. Yes or NO? If so how do I do it?

I have looked at that...I don't find it "self explanatory"

Is there a way to increase the size of the labels? I cannot tell what I'm shooting at...whether or not it's a tank or a sam and I'm tired of crashing and burning every dam time!

Extra GUI? Please explain. I can see the targets but they are so small I can't tell if it's a tank or a sam

I crash and burn every time. Used to play FC 1.1b for years, and the targets were easy to spot. Not in FC3. Is there a way to make the labels larger for a beginner? It's taken me a while to get this far with help from Scott and some of you guys, thanks again for your input. Mike

How do I change the weapon loadout on an A10A before flying the mission. The first mission has a sam to deal with but my loadout is all bombs and I'd rather not die out of the gate!

I fixed it. Didn't want to give up on this great game..here's what I did. I unplugged and uninstalled the Thrustmaster T16000 form my computer and rebooted. Then I plugged it back in and started the game. All the settings were there..perfectly. HAT worked as it should. For the life of me I don't know what happened the first time. Thx for all your help. When I select one of them that's all I get - that particular view...not the all around I need!

tried that ...it's not the right one. the top button on the joystick HAT I think gives views in all directions. It's just not setup for some reason and I have no idea what to assign it to.

thx, t worked but my toggle switch or the HAT what ever it's called the top button for better views doesn't function at all. what do I look for to activate in the left column to assign to it?

Trying to get it working in Quick action in the A10A....I'm on my 3rd Joystick to get this game going. Not much seems to be cooperating for me. Currently using a Thrustmaster T 16000M. Thrust slider works, rudder rotation on the handle works, lockon to ground targets with Mavs works but I can get them to fire. I've tried RAlt/Space and the canon fires???? I've added a joystick button for weapons release....nothing. The only axis buttons I've set are for Mav lock on, Rudder, and Throttle. Nothing else seems to works, including the HAT button on top. I've played Flaming Cliffs 1.1b for years using Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback joystick with no problems at all, but this is making me feel like a complete newbie. Does anyone have an idea that I can try? It's a bit frustrating. Thx, Mike

Have a new Thrustmaster T16000 and cannot figure out how to set up maverick keys to lock on to a ground target. What do I look for in the Weapons control panel? Anything, Thx, MIke

I'll need a lot more help than that....the throttle is the only thing I got working. How do you trim the yaw rate., drop your bombs, select the target, etc. This is not looking very promising and making me feel really stupid.
