I attempted the same order and can confirm after entering a new wpt with TOT, while in rout I hit the HSI Seq OSB (it was already boxed) instantly DCS crashed. This was in a multiplayer server.

If anyone is interested, I made a first person texture to match the external pilot texture I made a while ago. Just like you said, while DCS is NOT running replace the two pilot files with the two files I have attached and it should work. pilot_p51.zip

I did some testing with your test mission FS and it appears to me that it might be a unit based bug. I am testing in DCS 2.0.5.3889, I am a single server client and when I jump into a CA unit I get the same results that you show in your video where the get user name is a blank string. Then I edited your mission to include a spit, mustang, f86, and gazelle. In those units my client name appears. This might explain why it was believed to be fixed in previous versions. I am not sure what this means, I'll continue to host this mission if anyone else wants to log in and test for themselves as I do not own another machine to log into the server so I can not test it as an isolated client at the moment. Having the ability to change your skin and bort number in game is pretty neat. The only issue I see is some servers restrict views outside of the cockpit so you won't always get a nice preview like that. I'm not one to complain, especially when a new features are added, but I would think a little preview window with the options would work better on the client list dialog. Much like they have in the mission editor. Still I'm really excited about this New feature. :thumbup:

Sorry if I am stating the obvious but it sounds like you might have more than one axis assigned to your elevator control. I found that with a brand new install DCS will auto assign axis and a lot of time they are doubled up. EDIT: Oops it appears I did just state the obvious and a bit late I might add.

Yeah it is, I highly recommend it! I have been meaning to read it again actually. I'm glad you are able to use template even though its a little dated now. I loaded up some of my old skins and the spec layer makes the plane look like its made of glass in 1.5. Haven't done a lot since then but I would like to go back through and update some of them.

Those look awesome! ever since I read Mustang Ace I have always had a thing for those 308th liveries! I always wanted to put a campaign together with a bunch of them. I bet you had a lot of fun matching those red stripes up. Now if only we had an MTO map.

Yep the server is based on the east coast. If you do logon make sure to jump in on the team speak channel. Especial if you are new to the server. Our mission builder has put a lot of detail into the missions so it helps being on comms with someone who knows whats going on. Also make sure to read the briefings for maximum enjoyment!
