  1. I have just updated DCS World and I'd like to play with SU-25 Ramp Start and Navigation mission which was in FC3. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Looked in campaigns, missions etc. I can see the same mission for the free SU-25T but not the FC3 missions for SU-25. Can anyone help?
  2. When I try to install new Nevada Map I get a warning saying does not recognise Nevada Terrain. Should I just wait till November?
  3. DCS FC3 SU 25 ramp start mission. Played this many times before no problems but today I cannot get the joystick to go forward or back. Side to side is fine. I tried with the keyboard as well. Side to side movement fine but cannot get forward and back movement. Checked joystick which is fine (Saitek X52) and works fine on MSFSX. The visual of the cockpit shows joystick moving side to side when I do but nothing when I try forward and back. Checked axis assignments (but forward/back arrow keys not working either it was never going to be likely). Graphic of joystick in cockpit appears to flicker a little. Can anyone help, wasn't doing this yesterday? Win7, 10GB, 2x GTX460 in SLI EDIT: Finally tracked the problem down. System update occurred last night and PC did not reboot properly. Switching the entire PC off and on again corrected the issue.
  4. Can anyone tell me the optimum range for the use of the cannon in the SU 25 in both air to ground and air to air? Secondly, what is the ideal dive angle for using the cannon in air to ground attacks?
  5. pepin, tried all that, to the letter, early on. Even did a complete system restore and then cleaned the registry. Connected when requested, same error. To be honest no drivers were installed, so there is nothing to uninstall apart from minor registry entries from the beginning of the installation. Using non pro driver (in fact, they are the same but still using non pro driver selection). Installing as administrator is not the issue. I have UAC and suchlike turned off anyway. The installer runs until right after the controller is connected (and I tried using USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports) which it detects and allows me to click next, then it immediately gives an error.
  6. Downloaded latest drivers and software from their site. Exactly the same problem. Can't load the driver. Thanks Picksplitter I might just do that. It's just that there are published profiles which would be useful. Also the little display on the throttle can only be set through this software so it's kind of a waste if I can't get it to run. But, not a disaster.
  7. There doesn't seem to be much official support out there so I'm hoping you guys can help. I bought an X52 joystick today. Connected it up and plugged it all in. All LEDs lit up which seemed good. Everything works with generic win7 (64) drivers in MS FSX. Now the problem... I want to load profiles and play with the software so, as instructed, via CD, I tried to install the drivers. No dice. Kicks up an error in the installation and doesn't install. This means I can't install Saiteks software either. Tried everything, system restore, downloaded driver installation from Saitek and use that instead gives same problem, nothing seems to work and I can't get what the error is. It happens just after it asks for the controller to be plugged in to update the drivers after that I get 'error in installation' and nothing else. Tried having controller in before I start driver installation and tried after I start driver installation even tried changing USB port. Exactly same error message. I can use the joystick but I'd like to use the display and the profiles for it. I want to get it setup for the SU 25T and then the AC10. Does anyone have any ideas as to solutions or what may be causing the problem? I am running win7 with nvidea 460GTX card. My system is very stable.
