  1. No sorry I have not. I stopped doing liveries for DCS because it required updating every single file quite often on DCS updates because they break, and I don't have the spare time to deal with this. If you have some Photoshop knowledge and wanna fix them yourself, DM me and I'll send you the original templates quite happily.
  2. As mentioned by FanofALF above, quitting mission 5 "With a little help from my friends" (after the scripted radio messages after landing) caused a CTD. This did not happen in the previous missions which I have played on the same build, nor did I experience it in the tutorials. This happened 2 times in a row between restarting my PC. The file is too large to upload to the file system so here is a onedrive link: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Av5fFaKnNowEtnVaic--XjGUCyNh
  3. Currently this skin is used for the DCS World Facebook page, get it here!
  4. DOWNLOAD HERE: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/2557363/ Corrected description LUAs for all Mirage2000 skins made by me in 2016. Use this zip to fix the errors and resume flying with decent looking planes. How to use: 1: Go to DCS World\Mods\aircraft\M-2000C\Liveries\M-2000C 2: Ctrl+Click to select all the folders in the .zip you downloaded that share the name with the liveries installed 3: Drag+drop the selected folders into DCS World\Mods\aircraft\M-2000C\Liveries\M-2000C 4: Say YES to overwrite 5: You're done! This fix applies to the following user files: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1793538/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1936395/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1811723/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1936396/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1897741/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1807378/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1793088/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1821514/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1803612/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1765984/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1803889/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1811572/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1820535/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1764986/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1810818/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1821314/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1811376/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1898161/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1793202/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1802679/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1803724/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1935824/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1765076/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1795545/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1764844/ DOWNLOAD HERE: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/2557363/
  5. This is a very very late reply, but yes I can update the pack to include a high vis livery.
  6. Posting this in the most recent of my Mirage Skin-threads Following updates to the Mirage 2000C-module, all my skins have become broken and showing the Razbam nose/tail numbers on top of the skin. I am currently in the process of correcting all the description files and I will upload a package that can overwrite them and fix them. For any future skins, this error will not be present.
  7. F-5E in the colours of Galm One from Ace Combat Zero. Numbers and markings match the starter plane from the game. To install, extract to DCS World\CoreMods\aircraft\F-5E\Liveries\F-5E-3 Available from the user files shortly
  8. There are a million threads discussing this very topic so take this there, I don't understand why a new thread is made every month or so with the same posts by the same people about the same planes
  9. You need to use the alpha layer in your texture file. If you look at the shape of the white bits, you see that they are in the shape of your original patches. Notice my layer 4 - I have made it to be everything but the actual patches. You then make this layer your alpha channel, so that it is interpreted by the game as transparent.
  10. With all due respect. This is not Battlefield. This is not Ace Combat. The planes are not supposed to be balanced well and fairly against one another. They're supposed to be simulations. And for once a soviet plane is going to have advantages in weaponry over and American one, and everyone is arguing about AMRAAMs, better AIM-9s and so forth.
  11. Mirage 2000C in the colours of the Belgian Air Force F-16. To install, extract to DCS World\Mods\aircraft\M-2000C\Liveries\M-2000C - you may need to create the M-2000C folder in Liveries for them to appear in-game. Available from the user files soon
  12. Mirage 2000C in the colours of the Royal Netherlands Air Force F-16. To install, extract to DCS World\Mods\aircraft\M-2000C\Liveries\M-2000C - you may need to create the M-2000C folder in Liveries for them to appear in-game. Available from the user files soon
  13. Mirage 2000C in the colours of the Turkish Air Force F-16. To install, extract to DCS World\Mods\aircraft\M-2000C\Liveries\M-2000C - you may need to create the M-2000C folder in Liveries for them to appear in-game. Requested by user Bedouin. Available from the user files soon
  14. You are misunderstanding me - I don't mean your work is mediocre, as you are already updating it to a v2 etc clearly it's a work in progress, and believe me I know what a pain in the ass it is to make templates! I mentioned the AO and shading as something to suggest how you can improve the template further to get better skins out of it - not for any other reason
  15. UH-1H Huey in the colours of the British Army Twin Huey ZJ964. To install, extract to DCS World\Bazar\Liveries\uh-1h Note this livery is only available for UK forces, edit description.lua to add more countries. Download from user files soon
  16. No, I do mean shadows. Or ambient occlusion to be more precise. The difference between a good texture and a mediocre one is that the texture contains some pre-shading in itself, all of the templates supplied by ED contain this, and you will notice they are a seperate layer from weathering - even a "factory fresh" pain scheme will not look quite right without ambient occlusion/textured shadows
  17. Gonna test it out and see what you've come up with! EDIT: Definitely needs some shadows etc., but of course that's the most challenging part. Skins come out quite flat and way too "clean". Good effort though, if I had the time I'd help you make that shadow layer because we really need a proper Su-33 template!
  18. Thanks folks - don't get too used to me doing requests however, I just happened to have a day off meant for DCS this week! The file has been verified now. http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1898161/index.php
  19. Mirage 2000C in the colours of the Argentine Air Force Mirage III. To install, extract to DCS World\Mods\aircraft\M-2000C\Liveries\M-2000C - you may need to create the M-2000C folder in Liveries for them to appear in-game. Requested by user Chimango. 21. I voted no. While I appreciate expanding the different types of aircraft in DCS, as many others have said the light attack market is more than filled at the moment, especially including near future releases and updates such as the Tucano and the upgrade of the C-101 module. There are many other options of aircraft that are wished for widely and relatively simple systems-wise! I fear that the time and money spent developing this plane would never be covered by sales no matter how good the module actually is. I would add that it is a brilliant choice to ask users about this when you feel it is a bit of a risky aircraft, other devs should take notice!
  22. Why would you want to pre-purchase a piece of software? It is beyond me. You pre-purchase to make sure that your copy is in stock at the time of release, which doesn't make sense for software as there is essentially infinite downloads. Just buy it when it goes into public beta so you haven't just paid to wait?
  23. Mirage 2000C in the colours of Rigaux from Ace Combat 04. To install, extract to DCS World\Mods\aircraft\M-2000C\Liveries\M-2000C - you may need to create the M-2000C folder in Liveries for them to appear in-game. DOWNLOAD: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1821514/ Sorry for the un-antialiased screenshots, I've been flying online quite a lot and didn't switch back to offline use
  24. Mirage 2000C in a fictional heritage scheme inspired by D.520 no 248.. To install, extract to DCS World\Mods\aircraft\M-2000C\Liveries\M-2000C - you may need to create the M-2000C folder in Liveries for them to appear in-game. DOWNLOAD: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1821314/
